Varigo angst
This takes place after Varian was possessed by his mother.

Hugo shook Varian, trying to get him up. He eventually gave up and just held Varian is his arms.
"C'mon Varian. Wake up. Please, I can't loose you. Not now. Not ever. Goggles, please. Please, wake up," anyone could hear the panic in his voice. Tears began to well up in his eyes.
"Varian... please. I don't know if you can hear me right now, but wake up. Wake up! I- I love you, Varian. Please, wake up," Hugo began to sound more and more panicked by the second. His body shook. Nuru sat down next to Hugo.
"He'll wake up, I hope," she whispered. Hugo continued to cry while Yong also sat down next to the others. Varian didn't move a muscle.
"Nuru is right. He's gonna wake up. He is going to... Right?" Yong fried to comfort, but he wasn't even sure himself. Hugo stayed silent. He let the tears fall down his face. Varian hadn't moved even a single muscle for the past few minutes, so Hugo decided to test his pulse. Many more tears fell down Hugo's face at the result.
"Hugo? What happened?" Nuru asked, concerned.
"H-He... He doesn't... Doesn't h-have a pulse..." Hugo sobbed. Everyone froze.
"You're kidding? You've got to be kidding. There's no way he's actually gone. No. No no no! NO! Varian!" Nuru began to yell, letting her voice break and crack as she cried. Yong sat silent. No one wanted to accept this. Especially not Hugo.
"No. No... Wow, that's typical. Right when I fall for a decent human being, he dies before I can tell him. I... No... He can't be dead. Not yet..." Hugo was still allowing the salty tears to fall down his face.
"I'm sorry, Varian."
