The next morning Hadi wakes up early as he gets a call from Mitthal, who is already waiting downstairs. He tries to leave Sanam asleep, as he thinks she is stressed and exhausted because of all that happened. But as he tries to walk out silently, Sanam hears his footsteps.

"Hadi?"

"Oh shit!" He says to himself. "Haan?"

"Tum jaa rahe the?"

"Nahi main tumhein utthane hi wala tha." He says and sees her coming out of the room, disappointed.

He frowns, "Sanam main chahta tha tum rest kar lo."

"Main rest karun jab ke mere mama baba ka kuchh pata nahi hai kahan hain kis haal mein hain. Aur tum bhi akele jane vale the?"

"Tum sara din thak jaogi tang hogi-"

"Main saath chal rahi hun bas." She stays sternly.

They are on their way to the Private Investigative team that Hadi hired to find Khaani's family. As they reach, Khaani gives them all of the details about her parents and sisters.

"Aap fikar mat kijiye. Woh jaldi hi mil jayenge." The head of the team says.

"Mil jayenge nahi, Shahid, milne chahiye." Hadi says rather seriously.

Days pass, Khaani and Hadi go with the investigative team to wherever they think they have a lead, but all of them turn out to be dead-ends. They both are exhausted at this point. Hadi knows that if he gets his father's help, then they can find them sooner. But he does not want to bring his father in what ever's going on between them.

Hamza gets to know what was happening from the guards. One night, Hadi drops Khaani to one of her friend's place, where she had been living for the past few days, since she did not want to live in the apartment alone. As he reaches home, he sees Mir Hamza, sitting outside in the lawn, wrapped up in an off-white kashmiri shawl.

"Arrey bhai 1 baj raha hai, soye nahi aap?" Hadi walks up to his brother.

"Hadi kuchh baat karni hai. Baitho."

"Ji bhai." Hadi sits like a concerned little brother.

"Woh Zoya ki shaadi ho rahi hai. Toh tum dekh lena Danyal koi mushkilaat na daale. Aur dusri baat.."

"-Kya? Bhai uski shaadi ho rahi hai aap aise bol rahe hain jaise apko koi fark nahi padta. Aap koshish toh karte ussey baat karne ki aik baar."

"Main nahi chahta ke woh meri wajah se zillat utthaaye fir se. Us baat ko chhodo, dusri baat mujhe guards ne bataya tum bhabhi, oh, Sanam, ki family ko dhoondne mein lage ho. Tumhein mujhe bataana chahiye tha."

"Main nahi chahta tha ke baba ko pata chale."

"Nahi chalega. Main kal phone karunga baki cities ke leaders ko, kafi ehsan hain un par hamare, itna toh woh kar hi sakte hain. Kya pata woh kisi aur shehar chale gaye hon."

"Thanks bhai."

Hamza pats Hadi on the back and they both walk inside.

Next day as Hamza calls all of his connections in politics in different cities. They get to work to find Khaani's parents. By the end of the day, they find out that her parents have moved to Hyderabad. They also find a new phone on the name of Khaani's father.

As soon as Sanam gets the phone number, she calls him. To her surprise, someone picks up the call and it is her father.

She cries to them, and asks where they are in Hyderabad. But Salman refuses to tell her. What they don't know is that their phone is being tapped to see if they really are in Hyderabad and to find out their exact location. As soon as they find out the location, Hadi tells guards to start the cars and leave. It's a 3 hour drive to Hyderabad.
