Napahawak ako nang mahigpit sa scepter na hawak-hawak ko. I was quick to gritted my teeth in anger when I saw Mario leading the enemies. Nakasakay pa siya sa chimera. His right hand were holding the chimera's goat head, while the other one were holding a celestial bronze.

His eyes were full of hatred.

Kapansin-pansin kung gaano niya gusto kaming patayin sa pamamaraan pa lang ng kaniyang titig. Sa likod niya ay ang mga giants, amphisbaena, at mga nakakarinding gagamba. The size of them is similar to the size of a car. When I closed my palms, a loud thunder bang across the red sky.

"Those are Arachne's offspring, aren't they?" rinig kong tanong ni Blei sa katabi niyang si Miss Aqua.

Miss Aqua hummed as a response.

In the time of ancient Greece, Arachne lived in a kingdom called Lydia. Tinatawag na ito ngayon bilang Turkey, at anak siya ng isang lower-class wool-dyer. Her father Idmon was a son of Asteria, the titaness of falling stars.

Pero bata pa lang si Arachne ay naging ulila na siya, kahit na kaibigan, o 'di kaya'y kayamanan ng kaniyang mga magulang ay wala siya. She still became the most famous girl in the kingdom because of her weaving skills.

However, all praise Arachne received went to her head and she eventually became extremely arrogant and conceited, claiming that she owed no thanks to Athena, the very goddess who had invented weaving, for her talent and that the goddess could actually learn from her if she were to engage in a weaving contest with her.

Na-offend si Athena, pero nakapag-desisyon siya na bigyan ng pagkakataon na patunayan ang halaga ni Arachne. The goddess disguised herself, but she was quick to dropped them when Arachne offend the gods further.

Nagkaroon ng kompetisyon sa pagitan nilang dalawa.

Arachne didn't stop offending the gods, maging sa kaniyang tapestry. Dahil dito, ang galit na tinitimpi ni Athena ay sumabog. She started to beat her mercilessly.

Arachne knew that she would never be able to take pleasure in weaving, her only joy in life, ever again, and the townspeople she had tried to please had turned against her as well. Consumed by shame, hatred, and self-pity, Arachne made a rope and tried to hang herself.

She died.

Arachne's act of suicide caused Athena to take pity on her, and so the goddess transformed her into a spider, allowing her and her descendants to weave forever. However, from that very moment on, spiders shared a mutual hatred with Athena, and they also despised humans as Arachne was never able to forget her shame and anger at being ridiculed.

"Incoming!"

Mabilis akong nagmanipula ng kidlat sa aking mga palad at iniharap ito sa lupa nang makita kong paparating na sa akin ang malaking kamay ng higante. When the lightning hit the ground, my body lifted into the air.
