Haze's POV
I woke up with a jerk. "Act like you're sleeping," I hear the goddess in my head. I lay there with my eyes closed and evened out my breathing. I hear the door open. "Is he asleep?" I hear a familiar voice ask. "Yes, we just gave him a dose of wolfsbane," Sam replies. "Good. Hey Skylar, "I hear her say. "Stacey?" Skyler asks, shocked. "Yep, it's me bitch" Stacey replies. "Why?" Skylar asks. "Because you stole Kail away from me, and you stole Haze away from Amber," Stacey replies.

"I didn't steal Haze. He rejected me for her," Skylar whispers. "Yes, he did. God, that was great, but after he rejected you, she could tell he regretted it. He was always watching you. Any time he heard you guys having sex, he would fuck her, but not like before. It was just to get his frustration out. He didn't care about her needs at all. She has even heard him say your name a few times during sex and while he was sleeping. She knows he loves you," Stacey snears.

"You're wrong; he doesn't love me. He doesn't even like me," Skylar replies. "I don't think he would take beatings for someone he didn't even like," Amber laughed. "Anyways, after you took Haze, you then turned around and took Kail from me; then you even had the audacity to get pregnant with his fucking baby," she growls. "I didn't steal Kail from you. You guys broke up because Amber was his mate, and she rejected him, " Skylar replied. "You're lieing Amber is not his mate," Stacey yelled. "She was his mate. Kail and I helped each other through our rejections. I can't help that we fell in love, or at least I did. He cheated on me, with Amber, " Skylar stated. "Your a lieing whore" Stacey yells then I hear Skylar scream.

"Is this why you had me take her? Because of some guy, " Sam growls. "I, Stacey Frank's reject you, Samuel Stevens as my mate," Stacey says, then I hear something hit the floor. "You killed him. You killed your own mate, " Skylar said, shock evident in her voice. "Yes, I did". Stacey giggles, and then I hear Skylar scream again. "I can't wait to tell Amber about this," Stacey laughs. "That's right, Skylar. This was Amber's idea. She wants to be Luna, and I will be the beta female, " Stacey stated. "I bet she is there at the pack consoling Kail as we speak." Skylar laughs weakly.

"You bitch" Stacey yells then I hear Skylar scream again. "Keith, bring the boys in. You guys get one last time with her, then she dies, " Stacey ordered. I hear the footsteps as they all enter the room. I hear some commotion, and Skylar screams again. "It's time, Haze. Take a deep breath and picture, Dante, " the goddess says in my head. I do as she says, and I feel my body shifting. I scream in pain from my already broken bones. It only takes about 2 seconds before I'm fully shifted into a huge silver wolf.

I look over and see another huge silver wolf killing Stacey. I start ripping apart all these fucking bastards. I don't let them die quickly; I make them die slowly. A slow, agonizing death is what they deserve. After everyone is dead Skylar shifts back, she really is the silver wolf. "And you are too," the goddess says in my head. "She is going to need help. Her soul and her heart are broken. Take care of her. You both need to be strong for what's coming, " she adds before she fades completely away.

I run to Skylar, who is lying limp on the floor. I pick her up and rush out of the room. I see some stairs, so I go up them. I see the front door and run out of it. I looked around and saw that we were in an abandoned house. I have no idea where we are. I let out the loudest howl I could in case any of my pack is out looking for us. After a minute or two, I hear a howl. It's my pack. I take off running in the direction of the howl. I run for a few minutes when I'm met with a group of 5 of my warriors. "Alpha, let me take her," Dave, my head warrior, says as he reaches for Skylar. "Don't touch her," I growl. "Yes, Alpha." Dave takes his shirt off and lays it on top of Skylar. Honestly, I hated that she had another man's shirt over her, but I also didn't want anyone else seeing her naked."This way," Alpha, we have a car, "Dave said as he pointed in the direction of the vehicle.

When we got to the border of my pack, I knew where we were. "Stop the car," I ordered. "Alpha?" Dave asks. "I have to get her to the hospital now. I don't have time to drive around the whole damn pack. Stop and let me out now, "I growl. They stop the car, and I get out. I run through the forest. As I reach the tree line, I see my pack members running to me. I stop running when I see Skylar's parents. Her mother screams. Her father tries to take her. I growl a warning, and he backs up. Kail asks if she's alive. "Stay the fuck away from her," I growled. This is all his fault. If he would have kept his dick in his pants, she wouldn't have even been out there, and she wouldnt have been taken.

"Please help her; she has been beaten, tortured, raped, and she had a miscarriage. She has also been stabbed four times. Help her now, " I growl. I had noticed she had 4 stab wounds in her stomach and chest. I guess Stacey stabbed her every time I heard her scream.

I've been sitting here waiting to hear from the doctors for the last 4 hours. My parents have been trying to get me to let the nurses check out my injuries, but I won't let them. "Alpha, it's going to be a couple of more hours. I know you won't leave the hospital, so I brought you some scrubs and some hygiene supplies. There is a shower in this room so you can clean up. I promise they won't be out before you're done, "a nurse says as she hands me a bag. "Please, Haze, I can't stand seeing you covered in blood," my mother cries.

I reluctantly go to the bathroom and take a hot shower. I scan my body, checking out my injuries. Surprisingly, my wounds are almost healed. I watch as the blood of those filthy rogues washes down the drain. I start thinking about Skylar and what they've done to her. I fall back against the shower wall and slide down it. I bring my knees to my chest and let my tears fall with the shower water. After watching my tears wash down the drain for several minutes, I stand up and proceed to shower. I get out of the shower and get dressed. I went back to my seat. I was sitting right outside the doors they took her in. My mother brings me a tray. "You need to eat, honey," she said with pleading eyes. "I'll eat when Skylar can eat," I reply. "Please, son, you have to eat. You want to be strong for her when she comes out. She is going to need you to be healthy and strong, " my father said as he uncovered the food on the tray. I look at my father. "Find Amber and put her in a cell," I demanded.
