Gunter

Okay, that latest episode (or at least latest when I wrote this) is Hoots. Hoots is an episode about the Cosmic Owl, which by itself is pretty cool. You don't get many episodes about God in cartoons. Now the real meat of this story comes from Gunter. And if you haven't seen the episode, spoiler to a really awesome twist. You have been warned.

The episode is Cosmic Owl falling in love with a (I use this word lightly for a cartoon character. I am not a furry, but I don't a problem with them.) pretty hot bird lady. This causes him to fall in love with her and shirk his duties in an attempt to find her and talk to her. It works, and he finds her is a dream where a waiter falls and everyone laughs at him. Together they leave and invade PB's dream. Then everything goes to crap when Gunter ruins PB's dream. It is basically Bonni creating the towers and other parts of the KKK- uh, I mean Candy Kingdom. (Sorry, I am chronically self-referential. It's a problem.) How the bird lady mess with the dream is the she causes all of the Candy People to boo and hiss, and then melts the tower with Bubblegum saying, "I did this all for you."

"But Pride, what does this have to do with Gunter?" says the two people who haven't seen this episode yet. Well, the twist is that Gunter was actually the hot bird lady. She claims that she didn't mean to, and that she didn't know what happened. This is important for two reasons. One, we know that Gunter is now female for sure. Two, we know that in the past that Hudson said that Gunter is the most evil thing he has ever encountered and REQUESTED to have his soul. Lords of evil just don't do that. (Trust me, I know.) He then said something that was interpreted as I should have your soul or something. I don't speak Penguin. He then slapped Hudson. Gunter's has some stones, last time I tried that...

Ahem. We all assumed that he was referring to Gunter. But what is he wasn't. Maybe he was talking to someone else. He never really addressed Gunter by name. I think that Gunter is possessed. By who you might ask. Why Evergreen of course.

Think about it. Evergreen wanted the crown. Gunter tries to steal the crown every chance he has. Evergreen was a magic god thing. Gunter could harness the Demonic Wishing Eye at it's full potential and birthed a pink floating kitten that has lasers. Evergreen couldn't stop the meteor that killed the dinosaurs, but he killed the other elemental gods. He could have enough power to mess with Princess Bubblegum's dream.

Another thing to point out is PB's dream. We know that Cosmic Owl's presence will cause the dream to become true. With the events of the dream being that all of the Candy Kingdom citizen's begin to boo and hiss at PB as she builds the Candy Kingdom from nothing. They then morph into this weird abomination and all the buildings in the Candy Kingdom melt as PB whimpers "I did this all for you."

Does this mean I'm right? What are the Kandy Klux Klan doing to their ruler? Is my fanfiction I'm working on going to be realistically canon instead of impossibly uncanon? I DON'T KNOW!
