Janus paced back and forth. His hands were sweaty and shaking. He was nervous, anxious to even. He knew that was Vriglis job, but he couldn't help it. His boyfriend would be back any second. The man in question was non other than Intrusive Thoughts himself. Remus loved all things weird and that followed into the couples romantic moments. Janus secretly loved it, dispite never saying so.
That's why janus had pulled out all his favours with the other Sides to get this present.

Logan would have no part in that business. Patton overjoyed that Janus has come for help and had spent hours compiling a list of ideas that Remus would love. He went to Virgil next, to ask if he could get Roman to make a specific item in the imagination. With a reluctant yes, the message was sent. And now he stood with the box in his hands. The box was green and glittery with a yellow ribbon snaking around it. It was pretty.
There was the familiar screech. Remus was home.

"Squidling! I'm in my room!" Remus sunck up, casually leaning on the door frame. "hey snek boi. Whatcha got there?"
Janus handed the dreen side the gift. He could see the excitement in his boyfriend. The lid slipped open to reveal four jumbo deodorants. Pickled poo log flavour. With a devilish grin, Remus tore one open and sunk his teeth into it.
The taste sent shivers and tingles through his entire body. Remus knew he could count on Janus to give him the best one year anniversary gift. But he had something planned too.

Tugging on the yellow glove, remus held up his boyfriends hand. Janus wiggled umfomfortablely. "whta are you doing?!" he hissed. Remus made no reply instead thrusted his entire hand over Snekbois middle finger. When he moved away, there was a gleaming golden octopus wrapped around Janus' finger. "Will you marry me, Janus Deceit Sanders?"
Janus was lost for words. He nodded happily.
