[Chapter 6]

'I forgot my Vitamins in my apartment..' 'Your Vitamins?' 'If I don't take them I got light headed and pass out..' 'How is that something you forget but You remember a coffee mug?' 'You saw that-?' 'Yes I did I have to admit it's a pretty cool mug.' 'Ugh, I have a stronger urge for coffee than to be alive.' I joke before Zaiden puts a hand on my head messing up up my hair and he starts to stare at me while I stare back. We sit in a moment of silence before I feel my eyes start to get heavy and I start to Doze off even though I hear protesting from Zaiden. Just as I'm about to nod off I feel a jab in my arms and I jolt up right. 'Welcome back from la la land.' I look over at Andrea trying to catch my breath after realizing I had stopped breathing. 'What the fuck??' 'He does that don't worry. He just get's like.. Over worked because he doesn't like to eat a lot.. Then I just Jab him with this before he kills himself and Make him drink the Vitamins.' Andrea hands me a bottle before I lean forward into my hands and Zaiden puts a hand on my back. 'You okay..?' 'I just need a moment, I'm fine.. It's like a punch to the gut is all..' 'Gee I wonder why, Couldn't possibly be because you stop breathing slowly but surely.' 'Shut up! Gods you're annoying.. You don't have to announce it to the world..' 'I do if the world is the guy who got you here and is now responsible fore you.' Andrea hands the small device to Zaiden before he stares at it. 'It's already loaded if it needs a new load just come ask I got a bunch of spares for in case.' 'I know.. I figured.' 'Good- You know how to use it?' 'Yeah, Well Clide does anyway.' 'Good, Lemme show you, Just go over here to his arm and Jab it harshly as if you're trying to kill him for not eating.' 'I-' 'Don't ask I have to cope with it somehow.' 'Okay we get it..' I sigh before walking off to go grab a bottle of water and I down some vitamins before I head back over to Andrea. 'Shit.. I'm really late.. I really gotta go. I'll see you later. Zaiden tell everybody it was nice meeting them-' 'You want to come to the party tonight? I'll have Ash send you the info.' 'Uhm.. I'll see but sure. Send it anyway. I might need to work late night.' Andrea Kisses my head before running off and I sigh leaning back against the wall. 'Guess you can say I'm your guardian angel eh?' I laugh at Zaiden's joke before I Hit him on the shoulder. 'Shut up.. Asshole.' 'Alright. You asked me to.' Zaiden gets up to walk off and I sigh following him back in the room before we all start practicing again until we go get ready for the party. 'Shit.. Wait was there a theme..?' I stare at my closet before staring down at Minx. 'You think I'm going to dance tonight? If so I might take my light up suit and mask. Otherwise just maybe something casual? What if it's fancy..??' I hear a knock on the door before Tannar walks in. 'You struggling?' 'I- How would you know-?' 'I had intuition. You're not from this family trust me.' Tannar walks over staring at my closet for a moment before I watch a grin growing on his face as he starts looking back and forth between me and the closet as he takes out a Glow in the dark shirt I have with my light up sneakers and some jeans. 'Those. It's not Formal trust me. And I'm sure if you show off your dance moves you're going to Impress Kaiden really quickly.' 'You mean Zaiden..? Haven't I impressed him yet-?' 'No no no! Sweet heart Kaiden, That's Zaiden's dad-' 'Why would I need to impress his dad?? Is he going to be there too??' 'Woah calm down take a breath. It's literally Kaiden's friend's party of course he's going to be there, And he's totally chill! I just feel like he'd really like you and I want you to show off so I have an idea.' 'What's your Idea..?' 'Take your mask along. When you come in the party I'm going to clear the dancefloor and you can take over for a bit to Compliment the party.. And do not tell Zaiden about it! Don't tell anybody it's a surprise between me and you.' 'Oh- Okay..' 'Take your whips too!' 'No- That's a bit far- ' 'Yeah you're right drop the whips, too spicy just go with Break dancing or whatever you do without those whips.' I sigh nodding before I go shower and get dressed before Getting ready And Tannar walks back into my room after being gone. 'Oh my gods.. You're going to rock the place! Also I already arranged it, I told Zaiden me and you are going away to get Andrea first, I'm really good at convincing him into somethings.' Tannar takes me by the hand before leading me to his car and we start driving for a good while before we reach a giant house that's almost bigger than Zaiden's and I start freaking out. 'There's going to be so many rich people.. What if they only like fancy music and stuff..??' 'Nope. Not even close. Friends of Kaiden's are NOT fancy. He hates fancy people.' 'But.. He's rich-' 'Stereotype.' 'Ah.. Makes sense.' Tannar tells me to wait in the car until I hear the song start to play that he showed me on the way here before he gets out the car walking off. He also told me he'd be following a small light trail which I should too and I looked at the small lights on the ground before pulling my mask on and waiting while calming myself. Eventually I hear the music change which signals my Que and I start slowly making my way over while I notice all the lights shut off when I reach the middle and I turn my lights on my shirt and shoes on before the music turns And I take a breath before I start dancing. I can't even see anybody.. It's so dark. I guess it's better as I can focus on my Dancing. The song ends almost as quickly as It started and I sit down on the floor crossing my legs while I catch my breath before I notice all the lights turning back on and there's a bunch of people staring Clapping and cheering. I eventually look up to a balcony before I notice Someone who looks almost exactly Like Zaiden Staring down at me also applauding and I feel my nerves start to get to me a little. I get up throwing a backflip turning it into a bow before I back away awkwardly while everybody is still clapping I eventually reach Tannar's Car before I hear a crowd behind me and I turn to see Tannar with the group walking over. 'THAT WAS AWESOME!! TEACH ME HOW TO DO THAT!!' Tannar walks over jumping up and down before I take of my mask and everybody stares at me until Malikai Runs over hugging my leg. 'That was so cool!! You gotta teach me to dance like that!! Did you see him daddy?? He was all like,-' 'I saw him kiddo, I saw.' Zaiden walks over Picking Malikai up and he slightly avoids eye contact with me. 'Did I.. Do something bad..?' 'What-?' Everybody starts jumping in Saying I didn't but I can't help but try to read Zaiden's face. 'You didn't do anything wrong, If you get in trouble I'd be the one in trouble anyway.' Tannar chips in before Everyone goes silent after hearing a voice from behind them and in front of me as they slowly back away making a path and the guy from the balcony walks over. I pull my ears down tugging my mask back over my head and staring at the floor. 'So you're the mysterious Dancer?' 'Ye- yes sir..' 'Dad-' 'Shush Zaiden.' The guy starts to walk closer until I can literally see his feet nearly against mine before I feel a hand under my chin lifting my head before he pulls my mask up and I pull my ears back. 'That was pretty damn fucking cool, kid.' I lift my ears before he moves his hand and stares at me. 'Is this that new dancer you talked about Zaiden?' He turns to Zaiden and he nods before turning back to me. 'I like him, He's got some guts. Not a lot of people would do that.' 'Ac- Actually it was-' Tannar walks over covering my mouth before I can explain it was his Idea. 'I need a moment with Dancer boy-' Suddenly a woman comes over before running closer. 'Zaiden! Was this him was that the boy-??' Suddenly she turns to me before nearly screeching. 'Oh my goodness!! He's so handsome! He's the new dancer right?? Say he is or I will make him!' 'Y- Yes he is mom..' It takes a moment before I realize the similarities between her and Lizzy. 'Mom-' 'Oh my goodness He is! Oh hi!! I'm Amanda! It's so amazing to meet you!' She pulls me into a hug and I slightly flinch before hugging her back and The other guy pulls her back a bit. 'Amanda.. Chill..' He looks back over to me again. 'I'm Kaiden, But I guess you could've guessed that already..' 'Slightly Sir..' 'Please don't call me sir it makes me feel old.' Kiden turns to walk away before he turns back to face us. 'Are you all coming in to the party now or what?' Amanda looks over at me excited showing me to follow and I pull my mask back on following her before The other guys follow closely behind. As we re enter the party a bunch of people start to swarm me making me start to get nervous and I guess everyone must've picked up on it as Clide and Zaiden started making a circle around me with Tanner clicking and following their lead. I suddenly hear Kaiden from on the balcony. 'Everyone, Give the Rainbow boy space. He's a bit nervous in crowds.' I watch as he leans on the end of the balcony smiling at me and I nod back at him before Zaiden moves over closer to me again and I look over to See Andrea and Freya before sense Andrea's distress and I start to head over to her but I keep getting blocked off by people. I do finally reach where she was but she's gone. 'Zaiden I think My sister is in trouble..' 'What? What do you mean?' 'I just have this feeling..' Zaiden starts looking around before I notice him smirking and crossing his arms. 'Nah, I think she's alright.' 'What..??' I stop getting the feeling before Zaiden lifts me up over the people and I notice Andrea pinning Lizzy to a wall with Freya watching and holding Andrea. 'I- WHAT!?' 'Polymerous I guess. Surprise.' Zaiden smiles at me before I notice Andrea Laughing and joking with the two of them as I sigh and Zaiden lets me down. 'Wait.. DID YOU JUST PICK ME UP-??' 'I guess you can say I swept you off your feet-' 'WHY!?' I hide my face in my hands before I turn to walk off and find the bathroom. It's surprisingly easy and I just slip past everyone before I wash my face by the sink. When I look up I see someone behind me and I jump before the person grabs me. 'Pretty cool dance ya did.' 'Nate what the fuck are you doing here..!?' 'Just came to visit my favorite dancer.' 'Shut- Shut up!' 'You asked me to explain..' He moves his hand to lift my chin before I pin my ears back and kick him away from me as I go to run but he blocks the door locking it. 'How did you find me..??' 'I did some research.. It wasn't that hard after I found out who you were working for now. I'm actually quite impressed.. You went from a stripper, to a dancer and model before realizing you became broke and Now you're back here. Did you go back to your old ways..? You could've always came back to me y'know.' The guy walks closer and closer until he pins m against a wall and grabs me by the throat again before kissing me. 'You remember how we met in the first place right? You were lost in that little strip club trying to make some money and I hooked you up with my producer friend who took you under his wing. And what do you do? You go and betray us. After he kicks you I offer you a place to stay and you refuse. You're ungrateful!' The guy growls before he starts laughing and starts kissing my neck as there's a knock on the door and Nate covers my mouth before I can yell. After the knocking stops he starts moving his hand down before There's a loud bang and I look towards the door that was busted down and I notice Zaiden leaning on the door frame. 'Za-Zaiden! Help-!' Nate covers my mouth again before pulling out a knife pointing it at my throat. 'You think it's fun to steal people's toys Zaiden? I thought the producers would've had their way with you already.' I notice Zaiden's eyes start turning red with  purple glow before he starts walking closer. 'You are so lucky Malikai doesn't see you right now.. Otherwise you'd be dead already!' Zaiden steps closer before he stops when Nate shoves the Knife against my throat so tightly I can feel it start to cut at my skin and I try to scream but can't. I realize Nate stops Moving as Zaiden walks closer taking the knife away from my throat and puling me away from Nate as he hugs me tightly and I start crying into his shoulder before Nate starts moving again and Zaiden pushes me away slightly before Pinning Nate to the wall. Almost instantly Kaiden runs in and he leans against the door flame. 'Zaiden, Why do you have someone pinned to the wall..?' Kaiden's eyes drift down to Zaiden's hands before he sighs. 'What did he do that caused Aura to show??' I notice Kaiden looking over at me and I hide behind my mask again holding my hand to my throat that's bleeding. 'Ash.. C'mere alright? Let's let Zaiden deal with that.. I don't think you should be around him right now..' I slowly follow Kaiden as he leads me past everybody and into a small hidden room before he takes my mask off and moves my hand from my throat. 'Shit.. That's pretty fucking deep..' Kaiden gets up walking off and comes back with some Gauze and a bandage before he covers my throat and he calls someone. A few moments later someone comes running in and comes over to me and Kaiden. He comes over kneeling infront of me before removing the bandaging and checking the wound as he pulls a small kit closer. 'Okay, I'mma numb the wound are first then I'll put some stitches in, the fuck happened anyway??' 'Let's just say Someone Pissed Zaiden off and is currently being dealt with.' The guy looks up at me before sighing. 'Okay.. I've got a feeling numbing isn't going to help much..' He pulls out a small needle poking my arm with it. 'Okay, Count back from ten.' I start to count back from ten as Kaiden makes me lay down and I pass out. When I come back to I'm staring at the ceiling at Zaiden's house again and I lay there not wanting to move before I notice it's already morning. Everything hurts.. Minx scoots up stretching and booping my nose and I pet her as she lays down on my chest. I glance over to notice Zaiden sleeping on the small couch in the room with Malikai in his arms and I sit up putting Minx down on the pillow beside me as I lift my hand to my throat. It wasn't a dream.. Great.. Wait.. But.. Did Zaiden really flirt with me then..?? And Nate followed me back to Wolfshire... I pull my ears down before I feel my chest getting tight and it's only now I notice the beeping of a heart monitor as it speeds up and I try to calm myself to no avail. Zaiden sits up before putting Malikai down and he walks over putting a hand on my shoulder making me stare up at him. 'Hey, Ash, It's okay.. I'm right here you're safe..' I look up at him before I pull my knees up to my chest and start hugging myself before Nora jumps on the bed making me hug her instead which I do. I sit hugging her for a while before I notice I start sobbing as I start to regain memories and I just try to ignore it. 'Fuck.. I tried.. So fucking hard! Can't I get a break..?' 'What are you talking about..?' 'Fucking Nate! I tried my best to do whatever he asked but it still just wasn't enough..!' 'Because he's a selfish prick.. If anything he doesn't deserve anything you gave him. You don't owe him shit.. And uh.. You won't have to deal with him again..' 'I feel so fucking pathetic.. I'm supposed to be a beta yet I act like an Omega..' 'Well.. He was an Alpha and he was manipulating you.. If anything you having the guts to even try and fight back already makes you enough of a beta. It's not your fault you wouldn't have won..' Malikai sit's up yawning before he runs over and jumps on my lap. 'Hi Ash!' 'Hey-' Nora barks at him before he boops her as he pushes her away. 'Can I give you a matching tattoo like mine??' I watch as Malikai pulls up his sleeve and Zaiden goes to tell him off before I smile at him. 'Sure, I don't see why not.' Malikai runs off happily before coming back with a rub on tattoo and I stick out my arm as he puts the tattoo onto my arm. "Malikai I told you not to be so Hyper around him-' 'I'm not though. I just wanted us to have matching tattoos!' 'Sassy little bastard..' I start to laugh before I mess up Malikai's hair before he reveals the tattoo. 'Ta-da!' Malikai Pulls his arm over to mine to compare them. 'Pretty cool huh??' Andrea walks over before hugging me. 'Thank the gods you're okay..' 'I-.. Yeah.. Thank Zaiden instead though..' 'Thank you Zaiden..' 'Don't mention it..' Zaiden seems to become a bit more distant again as he looks away from me again and I lower my ears. Did I do something wrong again..??
