'Tell me..' 'I just.. don't want to scare you.' 'You won't.' Zaiden sighs pulling his ears slightly down as I lean over to him hugging his arm. 'When I was around 8... maybe 9... my uncle...' Zaiden pauses placing a hand on his collar bone and I perk my ears up as I realize what he means. 'It hurt so much...I even stopped eating... luckily my father had noticed the mark even though it was concealed... he had my grandfather remove it... my uncle didn't try anything for 2, 3 years after... but he was the one watching me and Lizzy whenever my parents were away on business... and when I was 12 it all started...' I notice Zaiden struggling not to cry as he pulls his ears down further. 'He started taking advantage of me... I couldn't do anything to stop him... He threatened to hurt Lizzy if I fought back... I couldn't put Lizzy through that... School wasn't even an escape for me... I was being picked on at school for being a weak alpha... if I tried avoiding my uncle, I had to deal with being picked on... and if I tried avoiding school, I had my uncle to deal with... The guy that picked on me and even told me... to kill myself... multiple times... and I... went through with it... multiple times... I was lucky my dad found me... and Lizzy's quick thinking...' Zaiden pauses again running a hand over his wrists and I pull my ears down. 'When I was 14... the guy that picked on me... caught me off guard... he... did the same as my uncle did, when I was 9... That was the day I hid in my room... my parents had just come home and my dad found me in my locked room... After I... slit my wrists... I was so afraid... I felt helpless... I just wanted out!  Zaiden pulls his hands up and over his wolf ears leaning forward and I place a hand on his back. 'When I woke up after... I don't know... a week? My grandfather removed the mark... Eric had left... After I had begged my grandfather to remove it... Luckily I got away from Eric when I went to high school with the guys... Eric did show up in my senior year, but by then I was a lot stronger and more confident, so I could take him on... My dad found out what my uncle did when I was 15... and got a restraining order against him and well, tried to get him locked up... but he still walks free... I'm so fucking scared he's just going to show up one day and I won't be able to do anything to protect myself...' Zaiden starts to completely break down and I move in front of him, hugging him tightly as he hugs me back. I run my hand through his hair trying to calm him as he's crying. 'It'll be okay.. I won't let him touch you..' 'Ash.. What're you going to do..? You can barely defend yourself..' 'Hopefully I won't have to show you..' 'Ash-' 'No, Don't try and argue just know your uncle and Eric would be dead!' Zaiden sighs hugging me again. I run my hand through his hair and after a while, after cuddling He's fast asleep. I lay running a hand through his hair the entire time until we Hear Tannar's kid start to cry from across the hall and Zaiden Groans sitting up and I stop him. 'Zade come on.. It's just Tannar's kid ignore it..' 'Okay.. Are you sure??' 'I'm sure..' Zaiden leans back down on top of me putting his head on my chest as he tries to go back to sleep. After maybe an hour the baby stops crying and Zaiden is asleep again finally. For once I'm the one that can't sleep.. I'm too busy thinking about what the fuck I could do to Zaiden's uncle and that Eric guy..

Zaiden wakes up and I put my phone down kissing his head. 'Morning..' 'Did you stay up all night..??' Zaiden sits up, cupping my face in his hands. 'Mhm..' 'Why..??' 'I just couldn't sleep.. I was thinking.' 'You shouldn't do that.. Sleep next time, please.. Or try at least..' 'Okay.. Okay..' 'Did the baby cry again last night..?' 'No, he was quiet.' 'Does Tannar even have a name for him yet?' 'Not yet apparently, Well maybe he got one last night.' 'Zaiden sighs before getting up and I follow him to the kitchen clinging to him as he starts making coffee. While we wait for the kettle Zaiden turns to hug me back and we stay in a cuddle for a bit before Clide walks in the room. 'I-.. Why is Ash up so early?' 'He was up all night.' 'Ah- Why??' 'Don't ask.' 'Did.. You two have a rough night?' Clide crosses his arms staring at as and smirking before Zaiden stares at him. 'No! Shut up.' 'What?? He's clinging to you, You're both us early together-' 'Shut up Clide. If I did anything I'd be up way later.' 'Fair point..' 'You of all people should've known that-' 'Ah- Yeah, fair.. But shush! Alright, I'm going to go help my dad with some things-' 'Like what??' 'Uhm, My dad is a cop and so am I Ash.' 'Ohh..' I shove my face back into Zaiden's chest as I hear the door open and close before I start to slightly black out. 'Ash??' 'Hm?' I stand up rubbing my eyes. 'You're going to take a nap.' 'No I'm fine..' 'Ash, You literally just passed out standing up-' 'It's not my fault you're comfy..' 'I-..'Zaiden sighs and I stare at the floor as he hands me my coffee. 'Go back to bed to take a nap.' 'Fine..' I waddle away and back upstairs to the bedroom before flopping on the bed and slowly passing out. When I wake up I notice the coffee still on the nightstand before I push myself up and look over at the time. 'What time is it??' "16:43" 'Welp.. Shit.' I get up before heading back down to the kitchen and I lay down on the couch since the house is quiet, meaning everybody is away. I look over to the Tv and grab the remote, as I go to turn a movie on but I hear a crashing coming from the back of the house and I look over. 'Hello..??' I get up slowly walking over to where the noise was and when I get there I notice a broken window and I freeze. Why do I walk towards danger again?? I look around but I don't see anybody until I feel someone grab me from behind covering my mouth. 'Hey Ashy, How are ya?' I look over to the person but Pass out before I can see who it is. When I wake up back up I'm in a darkened room tied up and My mouth is covered up. 'Your boyfriend's house really isn't too secure. It has a few flaws. Easy to catch' 'I just had to get in and out in a few minutes, which, was easy considering I managed to cover the Cameras with pictures of the surrounding areas.' 'Hm hm hm!!' 'What?? I can't understand you.' 'HM HM HM HM!' 'Good lord..' The person walks over ripping the tape off. 'Thank you, That's better.' The person scoffs rolling their eyes. 'Who are you if I may ask??' 'Are you stupid?' 'No, Quite the opposite.' 'That's not even close to true you came to me. Basically handed yourself over on a silver platter. Why would I tell you my name??' 'Can I at least know why you kidnapped me of all people?' 'Why would I tell you anything-?' 'Because usually in the cartoons The villain explains their evil plan and everything giving the hero time to Save the victim-' 'This is not a cartoon! This is real fucking life kid-' 'Kid, Making you older, So you can be anybody-' 'Shut up!' 'Whatever.' I stare at the person as they're covering their face and they walk over to me. 'This might hurt, but I don't really care.' The person jabs me in the arm with something and I kick their foot out from under them. 'Ah! You fucking-!' 'Sorry, reflex.' I smirk as the person gets up and walks off before punching a wall. 'Anger issues much...' 'Wouldn't you know about anger?' I shake my head. 'Nope.' The person scoffs and leaves the room and after a bit I start feeling Dizzy before I start to pass out again. When I wake up I looks around and Notice I'm somewhere completely different. 'Hm-' My mouth is covered again. Great.  I look around before noticing a small window and I try shuffling over to it and I finally reach it trying to lift myself and when I do I notice I'm basically surrounded by water.. I'm on a fucking boat, In the middle of who knows where!? Shit.. I'm gonna be sick.. I waddle back over to where I was and sit down before the door swings open and someone walks over, pulling the tape off. 'Took you long enough to wake up.' 'What?? Did you miss me?' 'I didn't Actually.' 'Aw, Then why'd you bring me on vacation? Where are we headed? Hawaii? Hana-lulu?' 'Oh my gods, Shut up! I will rip your throat out!' The person cussing getting close enough for me to head bud them making them pass out. 'Ow!.. Shit..' I kick off a shoe before grabbing a knife from the person's back pocket and I bring it up to my lap and take it with my teeth throwing it over my shoulder and catching it with a hand before cutting the rope off my hands and I get up as the person stands up and I pin them to a wall. 'How the fuck did you get the ropes off!?' 'I stole your knife. Anyway I got somewhere to be. I'll cya later.' I drop the person before walking off and the person starts coming over to me and pinning my before I try to kick them off and someone walks over to us making me freeze. 'You let him get loose? And what if Zaiden knew he was near here? What if he were to fly over head with ash on the ship deck??' 'Sir I just-' 'Don't try to explain. Do you have any Idea the mistake you've made.?' 'Sir please-' The guy walks over grabbing me and the person and Walking up to the deck. 'You're lucky Zaiden wouldn't know. But I still don't feel like I can leave you on my crew.. Have fun with the sharks.' The guy tosses the person off the boat before dragging me back down and over to a pole tying my to it. 'Kinky.' 'Shut the fuck up!' 'Or what? You going to toss your eye patch at me?' The guy hits me across the face and I pull my ears back. 'Don't show me disrespect boy!' 'Who the fuck even are you?' 'That's none of your business.' 'Explain! Or else I'll keep annoying the sit outta ya.' 'Like I said.. None of your business.' 'Fine, I'll just-' The guy hits me in the face again and I just stare at the ground. 'Yeah, That's what I thought.' The guy starts to walk off and I stare back up before digging my claws into the rope trying to break it again. Who the hell are these people anyway?? And why the fuck do they know about Zaiden?? I take a bit but I finally get the rope cut making it drop the the floor and I quickly but quietly make my way up to the deck. A few minutes later as I'm trying to watch for people I feel myself get grabbed and held up in the air. I just now realized how big this dude is... 'Trying to escape again?' 'Let me go you giant tree!' 'How creative..' He sighs pulling me over to the pole on the middle of the ship tying me to it with chains. 'Since you don't want to stay put I'll keep an eye on you. 'Who was that other guy??' 'None of your business.' 'Who's ship is this?' 'Not a ship it's a boat, and it's mine.' 'So does it piss you off if I scratch it?' 'Yes. Don't touch my fucking boat.' 'Okay..' I start dragging my feet across the floor and the guy glares at me. 'Never in my entire fucking life have I met anyone with such a big death wish.' He starts walking over and he tightens the chains. Fuck! I was ready for him to come up in front of me! 'Aw, Did you expect me to come over to you where I was in a vulnerable position? I'm smarter than I look stone.' 'Stone?? Why do you call me by my last name??' 'Shut up!' 'Wat makes you think Zaiden can't get to me?' 'I know he can.. I'm planning on it.' I perk my ears up staring at him. 'Just not yet.. And he won't even know you're gone until about a few hours from now.' 'How Would you know?? He already knows, I don't just leave without a sign and the window-' 'The window was repaired. As for you leaving, Someone left a little note in your handwriting.' 'How the fuck!?' 'I have an entire crew. We've been working on this for a good while now.' 'Shit.. At least you're telling me your evil plan the other guy wouldn't budge.' 'Shut the fuck up!' 'Why??' 'You're giving me a headache!' 'Did you plan for the hidden cameras?' 'What hidden cameras??' 'You don't know?? I found out like.. The second day there! You poor soul.. You're fucked!' I start laughing before he comes over putting a hand over my nose and mouth making me unable to breathe. I try moving away but can't and I start feeling dizzy again as I can't breathe until somebody kicks the guy away giving me a chance to breathe. I look over at the person. 'Zade!' 'Hey angel,' 'How the fuck did you know I was gone?' 'When the fuck have you ever left a note before disappearing.? You always just leave.' 'I was smart eh? I tricked 'em!' 'Yeah yeah, They also didn't know about the alarm system and the window-' The guy stands back up and he's probably 3 fucking feet taller than Zaiden and Zaiden just stares at him. 'Well well well, If it isn't Zaiden Slater.' 'How the fuck did you  know I would be able to get here?' 'I have my ways.. Especially that night You showed your wings to ash. I just happened to have my eyes on you..' 'Uhm, Just- Before we continue this, Can I just- Get untied first?' The tall guy looks over at me before he shoves Zaiden Zaiden catches himself before starting a whole ass fight with the guy as I try desperately to try and get loose. 'Leave him!' I suddenly hear a voice from behind and The guy and Zaiden look over but I can't see behind me. Zaiden freezes in place and I stare at him confused trying to see behind me. 'But Achilles-' 'I said Leave him!' 'Fine..' The guy turns his hands to fists before walking off and I perk my ears up looking around. 'Uncle..' Uncle!? What the fuck did I miss!? I try wiggling and I eventually shift enough to slightly see the person. I pin my ears down growling at him. 'Aw, Come on now Pup, Calm down. I'm not after you,' 'Exactly why I'm growling.' 'Azgar.' The guy from before comes back staring at Achilles. 'We got what we need, Get rid of the boy.' 'Don't fucking touch him! And don't come fucking near me!' 'And what will you do Zaiden??' Azgar walks over to me going to untie the chains. 'Actually, Bring him over here.' 'Whatever you say.' The guy grabs me and pulls me over to Achilles who grabs me by the chin. 'I said don't fucking touch-!' The guy pulls me in front of him. 'Don't try anything Zaiden, You're smarter than you look.' The guy stares directly at my eyes making me want to kick him but I can't. 'You have something on your face.. Oh wait, No never mind that's just your face.' 'Don't disrespect an Alpha! You can be lucky I need you so my nephew doesn't rage.' 'Respect. Is earned!' I hear Azgar laughing before Achilles stares at him making him shut up clearing his throat. 'Achilles starts pushing me backwards as he's walking closer to Zaiden and stop about halfway. 'C'mon now Zaiden.. Don't you remember all the fun times we had when you were little?' I notice Zaiden's eyes are glowing purple now before I try shaking myself away. 'Fun..? FUN!? You fucking -' 'I know what I did don't remind me, I get so bored of it.' The guy starts pulling me over to the edge of the boat holding me over it. 'Let him go!!' 'Take one step towards me, And I will drop him.' Everything suddenly goes quiet before Zaiden runs over grabbing me and undoing the chains before pulling me into a hug and picking me up. 'I-' Zaiden Jumps on the edge of the boat before jumping off and flying as I cling to him trying not to look down. 'Fear of heights?' Zaiden looks down to me and I shake my head. 'No.. Fear of being dropped and Dying!' 'I won't drop you.' 'You better fucking not!' Zaiden suddenly turns upside down still holding me to his chest. 'Zaiden-!' 'Relax! I'm a great flyer I won't drop you.' I cling to him before he finally flips us back to normal and I keep clinging until Zaiden lands smack dab in front of his house putting me down but I keep clinging. 'At least I can say I've met your uncle now..' I look up at Zaiden who sighs looking frustrated. 'You wanted to kill him didn't you??' 'It's more complicated than that..' I pin my ears down still clinging to him before we both head inside. Later that night Zaiden falls asleep again holding Malikai while watching Princess and the frog and I stare at them both with my ears pinned down. 'Fuck it all..' I get up before heading to my room and grabbing a hoodie, mask and a hat, before leaving, somehow without waking Zaiden. Good thing I learnt how to sneak from my father.
