-Lucien's POV-

I have no idea why Helsie would be Y/n. Maybe because Joni only will talk to Y/n. I feel terrible taking Jonis place but it's for the best. At least until she gets better. I don't even like having Y/n on the team. They just aren't well as a vampire Hunter. Maybe something else but not this. I gave Y/n my weapon because I feel she wouldn't be best with her fists. No offense of course.

We made it to sight with Y/n help with my weapon. Our first hunt without Joni and without the scarlet oath. Who knew how this would turn out. "Holy moly that's a lot of vamps." Helsie said no seeming so sure. "Helsie. You have never not been successful on a hunt. Joni tells me all the time." Y/n said and I chimed in. "We don't have Joni with us though." I said annoyed which Y/n picked up on. "Well maybe you should have let her hunt still. You need her clearly." Y/n said. She was talking back I'm guessing because she felt attacked. "Let's just get this hunt over with." Me and Helsie ran into the place leaving Y/n alone.

"LUCIEN YOU DIDNT TEACH ME HOW TO USE THIS" are the last words I heard from Y/n.

-Joni's POV-

I can't believe Helsie and Lucien would just shut me out for being "to weak" it's very rude. I wanna know what's going threw their minds. They need me. Im the only mature one that keeps things calm and civil. I sighed sitting back on the couch eating pop tarts. God they were amazing. The strawberry inside of it was the best of course. I sat and watched Bluey because who doesn't love Bluey? Just then I heard the front door swing open. Helsie was holding the door open for Lucien with...Y/n in his arms?! She was covered in blood. Helsie noticed and shut the door quickly behind Lucien. "It's nothing Joni! Y/n is fine!!" Helsie seemed nervous. Lucien rushed past taking Y/n into a room. I couldn't even get a word it.

So they think they are so good now?

-Time skip-

It felt awful sitting on that couch not knowing what's going on in that room. I tried not to worry to much as I knew Y/n had to be okay. She just couldn't not be okay. I caught myself brushing threw my hair which I do when I'm really stressed. Just then Y/n walked out rubbing her head. I stood up and rushed to her side. "Are you okay?" I asked holding her hand. I was supporting her with my hand around her waist as well. "Yeah.." she sounded tired. I walked her to the couch and sat her down. I moved my pop tarts onto the table and just looked at her. "What happened..?" I asked. "I...I don't really remember..." Y/n said. "LUCIEN! HELSIE COME HERE!!" I yelled and they walked into the room shamefully. "Why would you take poor Y/n into our club when they know nothing and not just ask me to come back?! I was just dizzy that one day." I said.

-Y/n POV-

Joni seemed very upset. My head was pounding I just wanted to lay down. "We are sorry Joni! We just want what's best for you! But you need to be our leader again please forgive us and come back!" Helsie seemed very upset and guilty. Lucien stayed quite. "Fine. But don't put Y/n threw this crap anymore." Joni was being very protective. (😏) Both Lucien and Helsie nodded and turned and walked away. Joni turned to me. "Your head hurt doesn't it." Was Joni magic or something? I mean sure I was rubbing my head but still! "Yeah.." I replied. "Here you can lay down on my lap. My eyes widen. No way did she just say that? I mean I'd love to. "Are you sure?" I asked. She nodded and I laid down. I closed my eyes and she brushed threw my hair.
