It was early spring in Colorado and was the year 1855. Far in the top corner of the state was a nice big ranch owned by the family. The family had moved there from Kentucky to have a ranch and make some money. Oscar and Jenny Benson had married in Kentucky and now owned this ranch. From the oldest there was, Clarence, Charles, Brad, and last of all Jonathan.
