The Epilogue

It's been months.

"Where am I?" I softly mumbled as I fluttered my eyes open. The sound of the hospital CPR is around the room. A snoring sound was heard across the room as well; I sat up straight and examined myself. I saw a needle attached on my hand. A dextrose beside the bed and me, under a hospital gown.

I looked across the room, and saw a very familiar and important person in my life.

[ sudden flash back ]

"See you at home, after training." I said as he kissed me one more time.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you too." He replied.

We waved and I fell asleep.

[ end of flash back ]

I found myself tearing up at the thought of my memory, months ago. My crying started to make sounds and it caused him to wake up.

"Hee Jae!" He woke up.

I looked at him as my tears ran through my cheeks repeatedly. He stood up and quickly went to me and brought me into a hug.

"Hyde," I whisphered as he came up to me for a hug. I was crying so badly that I could barely say a word.

"It's okay, i'm right here." He said as he stroke my hair, I hugged him tightly, signaling him to not let me go.

"Hope Jaelyn, it'll be alright." He repeatedly said to me as I pulled away.

"What about Luhan?" I asked.

He looked down and didnt answer me, what could this mean? I poked him repeatedly to answer me but he ignored me.

"Wh-What happened?" I asked.

"See for yourself," He said as he handed my phone to me. I searched it through and called my manager.

"Hello? Is this Hyde, again?"

"Manager, it's me."

"Oh dear gracious! Hee Jae's awake! Guys!"

"How's Luhan?"

"Oh, about him.. He left a month ago."

Wh-What?

I was shocked at the sudden news, how could heㅡ

"H-He died? W-Why?!" I asked.

"No! Gosh, he left EXO!" Hyde said.

"Mhm, Hyde's correct." My manager said.

"Oh, then why?"

"Health reasons, anyways, i'll come over later. See ya." She said as she hung up.

"He left, with a letter?" I asked Hyde who was feeding me.

He sent a nod, and I just sighed.

"I need to talk to Krisㅡ" I said as I was reaching for my phone, but he stopped me.

"Dont!" He said, "He left as well."

"What? Why the hell are they leaving?"

[ luhan's pov ]

November 10.

I opened my sns account and saw news of a trainee waking up from a coma, no wonder there was also another one besides Hee Jae.

My phone rung and I answered it.

"Hello?"

"Is this Luhan?"

"Yes,"

"It's me," The person said.

"She's up."

I was at sudden shock and caused myself to stand up.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yes,"

I hung up and checked my schedule.

Good, i'll be there.

[ 1 month later ]

"Stop following me!" She exclaimed.

"I said I want you back!"

"I want you back at my dorm,"

"Please, leave me alone. Rumors are spreading and my group's reputation is being changed because of that rumor!" She complained as I took her by the hand and spun her around. I took her by the waist and moved her close to me.

"I know that you still love me," I whisphered with a smirk.

"Why do I feel like i'm being attacked?" She said as tears rolled across her cheeks.

"You're really being attacked, Jaelyn." I said .

[ hee jae's pov ]

"Sir," I knocked on the door and opened it. I found our CEO scrolling through his phone.

"Hey there Hee Jae, what are you here for?" He asked as he placed his phone on the table.

"I passed by for training, and I just had to ask you a question." I said.

"What is it?" He asked.

"W-Why am I.. Why am I being attacked?" I asked.

"Well, because you're the apple of the eye of the media. You just awoken last month but you're already so popular." He said.

"Right, but why should we be attacked?" I asked.

"There are ships that get attacked, some of them sink, and some don't. Which one would you be? Jae, we get attacked to be stronger and better." He said.

"Stronger, and better.." I mumbled.

"Solji, why do we get attacked?" I asked Solji who was watching performances on TV with an apple in her hand.

"We get attacked to show how extremely aggressive, and amazing we are. We get attacked to show them that were actually stronger than they think." She said as she bit the apple.

You can always dream, but some dreams are just for sleeping. But sometimes, dreams do come true but not the right way you want it to be. Maybe, it happens but along the path, there will be some creature and say, "Boo! Surprise!" Or, "Hey, up for some trouble?!"

In this story, Min Hee Jae only wanted to go to Korea to live her dream, but as she was training to make it come true, EXO came. Along the way with EXO behind her, she still succeeded and made her dream, come true.
