Poem: I Hate...

I hate the fact that I like you
Even though we broke up.
I hate how your girlfriend
Paraded her infidelity
While you ignored it.
I hate that you left me
For a perfectly pretentious cheater.
I hate how you lie
And say you're fine
When clearly you aren't.
I hate that I ruined us,
Our friendship.
I hate how well I know you
And I hate your truthful eyes.
I hate your pride, arrogance
And selfish ways.
I hate that I can't hate you
And hate that you hate me.
Most of all I hate I can't have you
And you can't have me.
