Chapter Sixteen: Props and Mayhem

"Actually, we were hoping to have the wedding venue outside near a lake, where there is lots of nature!" I told our wedding planner.

She looked over at Vic questioningly, and he nodded in agreement with me.

"Oh.. okay, sure. I'll look more into that," she smiled kindly. "Do you want park, lake, or..?" She asked.

"OOh, can we do a park with a lake?" Vic asked excitedly.

I giggled and rested my head on his chest, "That sounds awesome!"

"Yeah, sure, anything you want!" The ginger lady with green eyes winked at Vic.

What the hell? What a bitch. Who does she think she is? He's getting married to me.

I glared at her and rolled my eyes. Vic must have noticed that, since he smirked and kissed the top of my head while whispering to me that 'It's okay'.

"So, how many bridesmaids?" she asked.

I sighed, "Three."

"Have you found the dresses or do you need counciling?" she asked.

I think she need counciling.

"No, we're going shopping later today," I groaned and held back another eye roll.

After a bit more of talking with the annoying 'Stacy Mckenzil', Vic left with his best men and I went with my bridesmaids to find the perfect dress.

"I love that one," I complimented Kate.

"Me too, I want one like that, except make it go longer, like a cocktail dress!" Frenchie clapper her hands together.

"Ooh, yes, except I want mine to go off the shoulders!" Jaime's girlfriend exclaimed.

"Aww, that'd look so cute on you!" Frenchie, Kate, and I exclaimed.

"Great, we'll go and make the order. Angelina will help you with the bride's dress!" The blonde told me and headed to the back.

"Okay, so what kind of dress are you looking for?" Angelina, a tall, brunette asked.

"I would like a strapless dress, that's thight on top, but flowy at the bottom" I told Angelina. "Does that make sense?" I asked her.

She laughed and nodded, "We have a few collections at the back that I think you might like, i'll be right back with them!"

I smiled and waited with the girls, while talking about all the other wedding details. Angelina came back five minutes later, carrying ten dresses. I sighed and followed her to a changing room.

The first one was too simple and boring, the second one had too much diamonds, and the others I didn't like.

"Try this one on!" Angelina handed me a very simple, yet delicate dress.

"This one.. I love!" I smiled and clapped my hands.

Frenchie and the others agreed, "It looks amazing on you!"

"So is this the dress?" Angelina asked with a huge smile on her face.

"Yep, it's the dress!"

"So, when's the wedding?" Angelina asked as we walked to the back to order the dress.

"On August fifteen of this year," I answered her.

She nodded, "Wow. That's in a couple of months!"

I laughed at her exitement and agree. It was in a couple of months.

Everything was going good. Now, all we had to do, was customize the invitations and pick out the tiny details for the wedding venue. Ex; the fun activities, the food, the table decorations.
