What you'd gone to the art room to retrieve was a sander to fix that slight scratches on your dinner table. But of course, it would have been beyond rude to awaken your best friend with the insanely loud noise of a sander, so you had chosen to wake him up first.

"Diamond. Wakey wakey." You shook his arm in an attempt to wake him up, but alas it was ineffective. Gosh, if only there were a way to wake him up that wouldn't be too mean, but also be exceedingly funny! Your eyes found themself staring at your sink for a moment, then a mischievous grin spread across your face.

You quietly filled a cup with cold water and stood above Diamond's sleeping form on the couch.

"Good morning, shithead." You poured the water directly onto his unclothed chest. He sprung up, as if having had a heart attack. Though, admittedly, he probably had a small one when you poured the water on him, so there was that.

"Geez, Gummy Bear, what was that about?" He took a moment to catch his breath, then muttered something about desperately needing a smoke. He hadn't been high since yesterday, which, for him, was quite a long time.

"Diamond, there's someone I'd like you to meet real quick." You said, trying to be as nice as you could before introducing the ugliest man you'd ever seen in your entire life to your best friend. "Come with me please."

Diamond stood and followed you to the dining room table, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. When his vision came into focus, he froze. He had never seen such horrific fashion sense in his life. Though the outfit was really... something to behold, he was a bit preoccupied with the glove that adorned Freddy's right hand.

Knives. Immediately all sorts of alarm bells went off in Diamond's head. Whoever this guy was, he thought, he was bad news. Diamond may not have been the sharpest tool in the shed, but he wasn't stupid.

"Gummy Bear? Who's this?" He smiled, trying to remain polite, rather than do what his brain was telling him to do - his brain was in fact telling him to run away screaming and crying. He couldn't think of a better option, after all.

"This is Freddy. Freddy, this is Diamond." You had noticed almost immediately the tensing of Diamond's muscles. After all, how could you not? He wasn't wearing a shirt. His muscles were kind of right there for you to see tense.

"Yeah... Call me Chris. Just one question. Who are you and why are you here?" Diamond only told people he really didn't like to call him Chris. After all, he hated the name his parents had given him. He'd always thought Christian was such a douchey name.

Freddy smirked, "Honestly, I don't know why I'm here. See, I was haunting your girlfriend's dreams last night, and then she passed out and I got stuck in her head. Then, when she woke up, I was stuck here in your world. Trust me when I say I don't want to be here. I'd leave myself, but the only problem is, I can't without some help." He had cleverly left out the fact that you'd hit him with a metal bar and knocked him out long before he ever found you unconscious, as well as the fact that you'd been so kind as to fix up the wound you'd given him.

There was also one other smidge of information he left out. Information you also didn't know about. When you'd fallen unconscious in that twisted hospital room, he purposefully lifted you up into the bed, and tried to wake you up. However, there were two issues with that. First, carrying you proved not to work well because he'd accidentally cut your arms and legs while trying to lift you onto the bed, and second, he'd woken you up a bit too much, so he never got the chance to make you bring them back to the boiler room so he'd be free.

Diamond processed what Freddy had told him, nodding along with his story, "Damn man, that really sucks." He deadpanned. He then turned to you, and with his best puppy dog eyes, asked you, "Gummy Bear? Can we have Breakfast now?" You laughed slightly, and nodded.
