CODY KAZZ'S POINT OF VIEW

Apparently Rage's mom went on summer vacations in Italy and it was also in the same town we were in.

When I asked him how he knew, he said he had found out when he was at Avory's and her house.

That was all he ever said about her though.

Did you know Rage has a photographic memory??

Finally we arrived at our destination which was a mansion actually with a massive garden out front which Rage made a small comment about it being typical of someone.

He stepped up to the gate and tapped the buzzer to call in a message to the house.

A female voice came on, "Hello?"

Rage replied, "Let me in Maria."

There was such a long silence that I almost thought she had left but I was quickly answered by a woman running down the stone path to the gate. She looked maybe in her early forties or late thirties. Her face was almost exactly the same as Rage's which was interesting since his face was quite unusual.

She reached the gate then only then did she seem to grock that there was more than just him there.

She stared at us all then slowly opened the gate, "Rage what are you doing here?" Then she noticed his complexion and she added shocked, "And what happened to you??"

He glared at her, "Let us in first and I'll explain."

Maria's eyes glanced at us all, me in particular then she shook her head, "They wait out here."

His mouth opened as if to retort angrily but Sam stopped him by touching his chest gently and whispering something into his ear. He sighed then nodded, "Fine."

She smiled, "Come. Let us talk."

And with that Rage reluctantly walked with her away from us.

"They're taking forever!" Sam cried indignantly as she paced back and forth between the two stone pillars that the gate was between.

Ash groaned looking up at Sam, "Give it a rest Sam. It's only been.." He checked his watch then frowned, "....Two hours..."

"Exactly!" She exclaimed.

He sighed and rested his elbows on his knees. He was sitting on the ground leaning against one of the stone pillars looking quite attractive actually.

Damn hormones.

I rolled my eyes, "Give it a rest you two. It doesn't matter. She looked nowhere near his match."

Sam glared at me, "Normally she wouldn't be a problem but right now Rage is dying! Coughing up blood every ten minutes and with eyes dark as holes! I say we go in."

"What?? No!" I retorted.

Ash buried his face in his hands.
