stars II Beomkai fanfic

These past days Beomgyu hasn't been feeling his self lately. Without Hueningkai he did not know what to do at all.

He stopped eating and stopped going to school for a bit. All he would do is get out of bed, take showers, and visit Hueningkai at the hospital.

"Beom!" A voice said behind him. His tired eyes slowly looked back to see Taehyun. A pink hair boy. Taehyun was worried for Beomgyu, he has never been like this before because he always had hueningkai by his side with no worries at all. 

Taehyun walked up to Beomgyu at the entrance at the hospital. Taehyun knew that Beomgyu loved Hueningkai very much, he knew it very well.

The sunrise was shining on both of them, it was early in the morning because Beomgyu would always go before it became more crowded.  

"You look so tired! When was the last time you slept?!" Taehyun asked while looking into his eyes. Beomgyu smiled weakly, Taehyun hasn't seen him smile in a while...

"About 7 days ago." That was before Hueningkai got hit by the truck. Taehyun stood infront of Beomgyu in shock. Beomgyu blinked slowly and opened his mouth.

"I have to see Kai now," He said with a sleepy voice. Beomgyu turned away from Taehyun and started to walk into the hospital building. 

"Wait!" Taehyun yelled. Beomgyu stopped on a step and looked at Taehyun from a distance. Taehyun looked at the paper star in Beomgyus hand, a white paper star.  He gulped and opened his mouth to yell to Beomgyu. 

"Promise me.. You'll get more sleep and start taking care of yourself!" He yelled.

It was silent. Beomgyu just stared at Taehyun. Taehyun's fist were clenched, he hoped that Beomgyu would promise him. Beomgyu weakly smiled before turning away and walking into the building. 

"Kai..." Beomgyu said while looking at the boy who was pale as his paper star. He looked at the star and smiled. "I made a star for you... I think this is my 20th one ive made." He looked at the paper stars on the ceiling  all with the same design. They were basic but they were probably enough to make Hueningkai happy. Beomgyu was sure he would love them.

Beomgyu stood on a chair and taped the paper star to the ceiling. He got down from the chair and looked at Hueningkai. He went over to a chair in front of Kai and sat down in it. Beomgyu stared at Hueningkai's face, Hueningkai did not look well, in fact he might've gotten worse. 

"If you die Hueningkai, your wish will come true.. Wouldn't it?" Beomgyu asked with a shaky voice. Beomgyu sighed and put his face into his hands. 

"Why did it have to be you?! Why?" Beomgyu cried and yelled. He knew it would not be enough for Kai to wake up. He prayed and hoped Hueningkai would wake up one day. He wasn't the same Beomgyu as before. Why did it have to be Hueningkai? Out of all the 7 billion people in this world? 

This world was certainly cruel, why didn't the truck see him? He was tall enough. His tears didn't stop coming down from his face, he didn't like seeing Hueningkai this way but he knew Hueningkai wouldn't wanna see him like this either. 

Beomgyu looked at the door as it opened. The doctor stood there and looked at the ceiling filled with paper stars. The doctor had blonde hair and Beomgyu could see his small dimples.

"Sir, your time is up." The doctor said. Beomgyu stood up from his chair and looked at Hueningkai who was laying there with his eyes peacefully shut. 

Beomgyu turned to the doctor and bowed and walked out of the room.
