Chapter 4 - Cranks

Tw ⚠️- Panic attack.

'Oh my gosh, that was awesome.' I let your a sigh once we got in the building.

'Awesome?' Minho asked. 'You think that was awesome?'

'Yeah.' I said truly annoyed by Minho. 'I like these.' I pulled out the gun and Minho took a few steps back.

'Damn Raven, you're scaring me.'

'Aah, don't worry.' I put the gun back in my pocket. 'I won't use it too much.' I smirked, but then I saw Newt's face. 'Just kidding.' I quickly added.

We walked over to a table. Clothes were everywhere. 'Grab the stuff you need.' Thomas said as he put on a jacket. I looked trough the stuff and saw a black jacket. I put it on and it fit me perfectly.

'Let's go take a look in this place.' Thomas shines his flash light trough the area. 'Alright? We split up. Me, Minho and Raven go together and you guys go.'

'Why these specific teams?' Minho frowned at Thomas.

'Just follow me.' Thomas said, annoyed.

'Alright, alright.' Minho held his hands in the air and we followed Thomas.

I shined with my flashlight and saw some stuff covered in dust. I saw couches, beds, clothes and more.

'I think people lived here.' Minho said quietly.

'Yeah, no shit.' I replied. 'Let's go take a further look.' I started walking deeper into the building.

'Where is everyone?' Thomas looked around. 'I mean, if they lived here, where are they then?'

'Well Thomas, I think they're de-.' I got cut off by Minho coughing and giving me a glance. I sighed and continued walking.

'Now what exactly are we looking for, Thomas?' Minho asked.

'Signs of life. Anyone who can help us.' He answered.

'Does he count?' Minho motioned at a couch with someone sitting on it. Thomas quiet and slowly walked over to it and shined his flashlight.

There was a man with a plastic bag over his head. He wasn't alive. Next to him was standing a small table with a lamp on it.

'They had power.' Minho said.

Thomas followed some cables and it lead to a big device with lots of cables on it.

I started walking towards it and tried to search for a handle, to get the light on, but I couldn't find anything.

Minho started walking to a corner with a small device. This one did have a handle on it.

Thomas stood next to him and shined his flashlight behind a steel fence.

'Minho wait!' He said when Minho pulled the handle. Minho got up from his knees and the lights went on.

He smiled when he saw what he did, but it quickly got washed away.

'Thomas, watch out!' He shouted. Behind the fence was standing a woman, she screamed at us.

'What happend to her eyes?' Minho said in disgust.

The woman had black eyes and her veins were black. Her hair was messy and she didn't seem to be normal.

Suddenly I heard someone gag and I spun around. There was a man standing. Black liquid was coming from his mouth and he looked at us.

'Uhh, let's get out of here, should we? Minho quickly said and we started running. We got trough a door and suddenly the boys stopped running.

'Help me with this.' Minho got to a metal closet and together we pushed it so it was blocking the door.
