Chapter Two

A few days had passed since I first woke up. I had spoken to Future Foundation about 'reviving' everyone who died during the game. Now, I was tasked with actually figuring out how I was to do it. I knew the basics. Bringing the conscious back to the body. Getting the body awake. But I didn't exactly know how to do it.

I kneeled in front of the pod of Nagito Komaeda. I thought that if I tried with whoever died last, it would've been easier and more likely to succeed.

Although, the others weren't exactly thrilled that he was among the everyone I was going to attempt to bring back. Honestly, I wasn't the happiest either. This guy hated me. And was creepy to say the least. But, I still wanted to understand him. If I was lucky enough, even be his friend. He was strange, and crazy, but that's not all that he is. I was determined to find out what he was really all about. His core. First, though, I had to wake him up.

I grabbed the keyboard connected to the large screen that showed the program. After logging in, I took a look at his files and code. He was marked as deceased. Well no shit that's because he is. After looking through it all, I found a boxes in the program. One that contained his conscious, memory, personality, his entire being. The other being his physical body.

I thought about connecting them before realizing if he was connected now, still marked as deceased, he would just die in real life. The code would just run through and kill him.

I went back to it, studying it on how to change him to alive without fucking up everything else. Eventually I figured it out and connected the boxes, his status being alive. The screen then showed a loading screen. A large 'Downloading...' filling most of it. There, I had done it! I was transferring his mind back to his physical form! I visibly smiled and stood up.
