【Hajime's Pov】
I felt warm, comfy, and...strange weight was on my waist. I fluttered my eyes open to see a peaceful faced Komaeda. His eyes were closed, his breathing soft. I laid there thoughtlessly until I remembered I had plans for the day. They were quite important and I needed to get them done quickly, and I didn't know how long it could take. I sighed quietly at the probably stressful day I was probably going to have, though everyday proved itself stressful.
"Nagito." I cooed faintly, in order to not scare him awake.
He responded with a low hum, turning his head into his pillow.
"Nagito, wake up..!" I whispered a bit louder, causing him to open his eyes slowly.
"Hajime..?" He asked, still mostly asleep.
"Nagito, we have things to do, although it's more like I have things to do." I started shuffling out of his welcoming arms, mustering up all the strength my arms would allow to sit up.
"Can't we-", he interrupted himself with a tired yawn, "Do that later?" He asked, clearly not wanting to get up.
"I- If you're that tired you can go back to sleep, and I'll go." I sighed again, shifted my legs to the side of the bed.
The fluffy-haired boy finally sat up and stretched his arms out, "Ugh...fine, I'll get up. I have to anyway since I agreed to hang out with Ibuki. She told me they had a 'super-duper-really-fucking-radical-supreme-mega-cool idea that I really needed to hear about." He took a deep breath afterwards.
"So we both have plans today then?" I asked, standing up and walking towards the bathroom.
"Ah, I suppose so." He got up at the other end of the bed, walking towards the closet.
"Wait, Hajime! Would you mind sparing a set of clothes for me? I know it's probably disgusting to have to sha-" He started his usual self degradation.
"No, I don't mind at all! Though it may not fit you..." I trailed off, grabbing my toothbrush from a cup on the sink.
"Hm, alright." He said, sifting through my clothes to find a size that might fit him.
I walked out of the bathroom after brushing my teeth, joining Nagito at my wardrobe.
"Find anything?" I asked, grabbing a set of clothes I don't care for too much.
"Well...this might work." He took out an oversized hoodie and jeans, holding them beside himself to check the size.
"Probably. By the way, want me to change in the bathroom while you change in here?" I turned to face him.
"Not if you don't want to. I don't mind if you watch me undress, unless your problem is the other way around?" He spoke calmly with a straight face, with mine heating him in embarrassment.
"W-well I-I don't really h-have a problem with e-either! Uh- unless y-you have a problem! Th-then I can just uh- go in the bathroom y'know? U-unless you would rather I-" I was shut up by a finger on my lips.
"I can go change in the bathroom. It's your cottage after all." He said calmly, walking over to the bathroom.
Well problem solved, I guess.
I quickly changed out of my old clothes, throwing them at the bottom of my closet, walking over to my shoes when Nagito emerged from the bathroom.
"Alright, I'm done." He came over beside the door with me, grabbing his own shoes, promptly zipping up his shoes and opening the door.
"Ibuki's usually up bright and early, so I don't want to keep her waiting. I'll likely be at the restaurant or Titty Typhoon if you need me." He smiled and gave me a quick peck on the cheek before walking out the door.
I smiled in return, tying my shoes and walking out behind him.
"Bye, Hajime!" He jogged off towards the restaurant, leaving me in front of my cottage.
With a sigh I started for the hospital. The big white building slowly came into view as I walked further.
"Hopefully this will work..." I silently prayed to myself as I opened the double doors to the hospital. I worked my way up the stairs to the operating room.
A bed and light sat in the middle of the room, a blue sheet covering a small figure. I walked over to it, placing my hand on the plastic-like cover.
The final step; waking her up.
