Mallika sees CM Joshi arrive. She goes to meet him but guards stop her. Joshi sees this.

Joshi:
Aree beta, aane jo Major sahiba ko. Unke wajah se zinda.

They let her meet him. She shows a fake panic.

Mallika:
Apke jaan ko khatra hai. Come with me.

She takes to the parking. CM trusts Mallika too much.

Joshi:
Kaha le aai aap mujhe?
Mallika:
Paapo ka ghada bhar gaya hai Joshi ji...prahaychit ka samay aagaya hai.

She points the gun at Joshi. He is scared. Vikram walks in the scene.

Joshi:
Vikram? Tum zinda ho.
Vikram:
Ji haa CM sahab! Aur ye meri beti hai...Major Mallika Vikram Singh.

Joshi looks at Mallika...shocked.
Vikram tells how he survived. And reminds Joshi of his deeds. He hand overs RX-40 to Joshi. Mallika stops Joshi.

Mallika:
Aap abhi bhi bach sakte hai. Agar aap apke saare sathiyo ke naam de aur unhe saza karvane mein help kare toh apke gunah maaf kardenge hum.
Vikram:
Ye tum kya bol raho ho Mallika!!
Joshi:
Major, bohot derr hogai hai. CM hu...Chutiya nahi hu.

Just as he says this, Vikram and Mallika come under fire. A man shields CM and takes him away. Vikram and Mallika back fire. A bullet hits Vikram's shoulder.

Mallika:
DAD!!

She yells and tries to reach out Vikram. Unable to do, she just runs towards her dad with everyone firing. Suddenly, Man with a mask covers Mallika and drags and almost throws her behind the car where Vikram is. He is wearing military pants, black leather jacket and black cap. His curls are showing off and his eyes are green...I don't need to tell who he  is...Do I?

Mallika:
Sumedh!?
Sumedh:
Dimag kharab hai na tumhara! Bhaag bhi kyun rahi thi...kehti na unse...ruko jara sabar karo..Dad se milne do! Fucking Idiot!
Vikram:
Aye! Dare you abuse my daughter.
Sumedh:
Sorry Sir. Mallika...Varun is in the car. Lets get out.

As they escape. There are 2 cars. Sumedh puts Vikram on back seat. He sits on driver seat. But before Mallika could sit, he drives away. Mallika senses something is off and follows with Varun. In the car, she calls him and Sumedh picks up.

Mallika:
Sumedh! Kya kar rahe ho? Mujhe saath kyun nahi liya? Tumhe kaise pata chala ki main yaha hu? Sumedh, Please answer me. You are scaring me!
Sumedh:
Mallika. Fill in the blanks. ___khasiyat hoti hai. Ki dene wala koi____hota hai.
Mallika:
SHUT UP! FOR GOD'S SAKE!! I don't get it!
Sumedh:
This started when I got a call about my father when we were at the camp. I left, I got to know about his health. You broke up with me because I ran away. When we met again because of a case...You left me bleeding when Shahid shot me and said you would never come back...I knew you would, and you did. But your heart is too kind for Army Major Mallika. You made him start his new life. Good. But..Your dad...your dad called me to him. He told me about how my mother had no option but to die because of my father, how he cheated my country. I hated him more Mallika. I aim was to kill him. Your father told me to be around you so that he knows your every move. When he understood you were ready to help him...he revealed himself to you. He used you to kill CM. I knew why u were coming here Mallika. I am taking him with me...because He needs me and I need him because our plan needs us. He will be fine!

He cuts the call. Mallika is stilling holding her phone in shock.

Vikram:
Sumedh...stop...Don't leave Mallika disturbed.
Sumedh:
Trust me Sir, She will understand you.
Vikram:
I want to stop his plan Sumedh. I..can't use Mallika more.
Sumedh:
Now its my plan Sir. Sumedh Mudgalkar doesn't stop.

Sumedh's car breaksdown
Mallika finds him. Its pitch dark night.
Without wasting time, She points gun at him. He too points at her.

Sumedh:
Take him to hospital. He will bleed to death.
Mallika:
Please don't do this Sumedh. Please don't make me shoot you.
Sumedh:
You won't Mallika. I didn't kill my father to give in to yiur hollow threats!
Mallika:

Sumedh:

He shot at the petrol tank
His car between the two.

Mallika:
Ye sab karne se pehle apni behen ke baare mein nahi socha tumne?
Sumedh:
Tumse hi seekha hai, Country over Family. Toh ab tum choose karo, country or family

He shoots at the petrol tank of the car and sets fire to the car with Mallika's dad inside the car.

Mallika:
SUMEDH! STOP!

Sumedh shoots Mallika on her arm and she falls down. She sees Sumedh disapper into the sand dunes
