"WORKIKG AS A TEAM"

A small Vila in a USA.
Sumellika are sitting in front of each other working on laptop.
Their work was to just keep an eye on a very successful, business women and international level shooter. She is suspected to work for black collar people.

Mallika turned her laptop to Sumedh.

Mallika:
Veronica Merchant. International player hai, Business karti hai and she---
Sumedh:
Is suspected to work for black collar people since past 3 years.

Mallika raises one eyebrow as a question.

Sumedh:
She wakes up at 9...Not much of a morning person, Office at 11 am, Normal routine, Dates on weekends. She is an extrovert. And she gets approx 60 Lakhs in her account around every 2 months....Suspicious.!
Mallika:
How do you know all this?
Sumedh:
They sent the same mail to me too!

Mallika frowned.

Sumedh:
But I know more. She Hasn't had a relationship in a while but one night stands is a routine since past 2 weeks. Sexually too much active. Wild fantasies.
Mallika:
How do u know this now?!

Sumedh shows his laptop to her.

Sumedh:
Because, She told me. I AM GOING OUT ON A DATE WITH HER.!
Mallika:
WHAT THE FUCK SUMEDH?!
Sumedh:
Isse better plan hai toh batao!
Mallika:
Nahi hai, par ban jaayega!

Sumedh gets up from his chair.

Sumedh:
Toh banati raho..tab takk main mera plan follow karunga! Now if you excuse me, I need to select clothes for my date!

He leaves teasing Mallika who is extremely annoyed.

In the evening, Sumedh walked out of his room whistling, wearing white jeans, red t-shirt with first 3 buttons open...Hot af in short.
Mallika was pretty distracted looking at him.

Mallika:
Ok....Instructions for tonight.
Sumedh:
Hmm hmm...
Mallika:
1. No oversharing about ur childhood.
2. Don't sympathize with her.
3. No kissing.
4. And ofc no sexm
Sumedh:
What?! No kiss! No sex! Why?
Mallika:
U can't get involved with a criminal!
Sumedh:
U talk as if I have been sleeping with criminals all my life! And how do u know she would want to have sex with me?!
Mallika:

Sumedh:

Mallika:

Sumedh:

Sumedh:

Sumedh opened the door and looked back at her frowning face and folded hands.

Sumedh:
Atleast wish me luck Mallika.

He said with slight disappoint.
Mallika unfolded her at sudden sense of responsibility. She attaches a small mic to jeans pocket so that she can hear him.

Mallika:
Good Luck..Be safe.
Sumedh:
Yeah.

Sumedh closes the door and smiles a bit.

1 hours later.

Sumedh and Veronica are giggling on Sumedh's stupid jokes.

Sumedh:
You want anything else Veronica?
Veronica:
Aa..nope.

Sumedh asks for the bill and she stops him when he is about to pay.

Veronica:
Not just American men, but you Indian men too have quite a ego...
Sumedh:
Sorry?
Veronica:
I can pay the bill Sumedh.
Sumedh:
Oh the bill!

He lets out little laugh.

Sumedh:
I don't know about all men but I am not doing it for ego...I am doing it for manners. And you can pay  half bill if you want to Veronica.
Veronica:
Umm..Pretty straight.
Sumedh:
Look...I don't look at you as girl who needs to be taken care of despite of her independent lifestyle just because you are a girl....I look at you as a extremely independent and successful women who doesn't need any man to define her but If I give you comfort...You can enjoy in my presence rather than continuously managing your life.

Mallika who could hear everything because of the mic was quite impressed and surprised by his thoughts.
Veronica was looking at Sumedh with a appreciative smile.
She pays the half bill.

Sumedh:
So we can meet any other time?
Veronica:
Ummm.....I think....A lot many times.

Sumedh smiles.

Sumedh:
U'd like to date me?
Veronica:
Well....Yes.

Sumedh gives her a flashly smile and she hugs him. Sumedh was concerned about her kissing him but she surprisingly didn't.

He returns home, Mallika was already impatiently waiting for him.

Mallika:
How did it go?
Sumedh:
U should know, Tum sun nahi rahi thi kya?
Mallika:
Sun rahi thi main par dekh tum rahe the na....Did she look happy about the meeting?
Sumedh:
Mallika.....Why are you stressing out? She was so lowkey excited to date me...Ofc it went well..
Mallika:
Yeah...You're right. I am just overthinking.
Sumedh:
Yup.

Sumedh removes his shoes while Mallika watches him.

Mallika:
U'd like some tea?
Sumedh:
Hehehehehahahahaheheheh! Like? Major I'd love some tea.

He laughs and She gives him a genuine smile before going to the kitchen.
