"HIDING GAME"

Next Morning

Sumedh makes breakfast for Mallika and brings breakfast to the bed.
Mallika was sleeping peaceful, Sumedh sits beside her and tucks her hair behind her ear.
She wakes up.

Sumedh:
Good Morning.
Mallika:
Ummmm....good Morning
Sumedh:
Apke liye apka favorite breakfast Major Mallika.

Sumedh says smiling like a kid. Mallika quickly brushes.
She and Sumedh sit and start eating.

Sumedh:
Kal kaha gai thi Mallika?

She stops eating. She galps down a huge peice of food.

Malllika :
Lib..library gai thi.
Sumedh:
Kyun?
Mallika:
Kuch padne ka maan tha.

Sumedh looks at the book collection in his room so does Mallika. He raises his eyebrow.

Mallika:
Ye kitabe na bohot "Sumedhish" hai
Sumedh:
Kya matlab?
Mallika:
I mean...romantic novels hai.
Sumedh:
Mujhe romantic kaha tumne.
Mallika:

Sumedh:

He says as he gets up and takes the breakfast tray out.
Mallika smiles for a while. Then she remembers last night.

She calls her dad while Sumedh is bathing.

Vikram:
Are you in Princess?
Mallika:

Vikram:

Vikram cuts the call.
Mallika starts dressing up.

She was applying concealer.
Sumedh walked out. Wet body, towel around his waist.

Mallika keeps staring at him.
Sumedh laughs.

Sumedh:
Tumhara hi hu...jitna chahe dekh lo.
Mallika:

Sumedh:

Sumedh looks down at the floor and laughs. Mallika looks at him up utterly confused.

Sumedh and Varun, I am going to Jaisailmer tomorrow.
Sumedh:

You guys continue to work on it. I will be back in 3 days max.

As Mallika walks a little away from Sumedh. Sumedh looks dow at the floor. Takes a breathe. He follows her hand holds her hand and she turns.

Sumedh:
Trust you? Mallika...even after..even after you cut me from your life after we broke up...even after you left me in that camp when I was bleeding....telling me you wouldn't return....I knew you would...I trusted you. I trust you more everyday. Don't you trust me?
Mallika:

Sumedh:

Mallika:

Sumedh:
