"FRIENDS TURN FOES "

Sumedh:
Kya chahiye tumhe mujhse?
Mallika:
Nahi pata mujhe. Itna pata hai ki tumhe rokna hai mujhe. Agar iss sab mein fasse toh kahin ke nahi rahoge. Tumhari behen hai Sumedh...kyun uska dil dukhane ki planning kar rahe ho.
Sumedh:
Usse iss sab ke baare mein kuch pata nahi chalega. Mallika, let me kill Joshi. After that, Everything will be normal.
Mallika:
We can work by the law.
Sumedh:
No.

Sumedh gets ups. So Mallika also gets up.

Sumedh:
Its you and me. Its not We now.
Mallika:
Sumedh, Please end this as soon as possible and Take care of yourself.

She says this in the most supporting way possible.
She extends her hand for handshake. Sumedh looks at her hand then at her awkward face and lets out a laugh.

Sumedh:
Jaan nahi lunga teri...itne bure dinn agaye ki ab haath milana padega..like formals..

Mallika looks down at the floor. Sumedh shakes hand with her and she gives him a fake small smile and looks down again.
Sumedh pulls Mallika's hand to get her closer. She didn't expect that. She looks with a surprised expression, not smiling. Even Sumedh is not smiling.

Sumedh:
Before you leave. HUG ME MALLIKA.

Mallika hugs him tightly. And he kisses the side of her head.

Sumedh:
Please leave this room and never come back.

She leaves. But its not over yet. She is wounded...but still a Major. She planted a small tracker in his phone when he went to get the first aid.
She could see where Sumedh is.

CM Joshi returns to Mumbai and Mallika takes up a charge in Mumbai as Sumedh lands in Mumbai.
Mallika plants some of her known goons around CM to ensure his safety. Though corrupt, He was a active minister. She always goes by the law.
Mallika and Vikram were living in a rented flat to keep Vikram hidden.

They, one day enter their apartment and find Sumedh sitting on a chair. Exactly like Mallika was.
Before anyone speaks, He speaks.

Sumedh:
Vikram Sir, main yaha Mallika se milne aaya hu. Aap please 2 min private mein de sakte.
Vikram:
Mere sawal ka jawab do...phir dunga privacy.
Sumedh:
Puchiye.

Vikram Steps forward to Sumedh.

Vikram:
DO YOU LOVE MY DAUGHTER?

Sumedh who was looking down shots his head up at Vikram ro this unexpected question. Then he looks at Mallika who was looking at him with desperation for the answer. She wanted the answer more than Vikram.

Sumedh clenched his jaws ans looked away as a No. Mallika's lips open in denial.

Vikram:
DO YOU ATLEAST PLAN TO LOVE HER?
Sumedh:
NO.

Tears now roll down her cheeks. She looks down at the floor to hide them. Vikram tries to speak more but Sumedh gestures him to leave. He angrily leaves the room.

Sumedh:
Tumhari ek amanat reh gai thi meri pass.

She is still looking down and doesn't respond. He steps forwards, takes her hand and gives the tracker in her hand.

Sumedh:
Apka tracker reh gaya tha mere pass Major Mallika.

His hand is still holding her hand. A tear falls from her eyes on his eyes. He immediately looks down to his hand. He didnt know she was crying.
He puts his other through her hair on her neck and cups her face with one hand.

Sumedh:
Ro..ro rahi ho? Mallika....do...Don't cry. Remember, I said I am not worth cr---
Mallika:
DID YOU JUST FUCK ME?

She says finally looking at him. Her eyes seem to have drowned in those tears. Her face is fully wet. Sumedh is taken aback by her face and her question.

Mallika:
Answer me. Was it just having fun? DID YOU EVER CONSIDER ME YOUR BEST FRIEND OR DID YOU EVER THINK OF LOVING ME? WAS THAT CARE JUST ACTING? YOUR CONCERN... YOUR FEAR...US...WAS IT EVER REAL?
Sumedh:
NO...

Mallika is extremely pained to hear this. She stop trying to control her tears and buries her face in her palms.
Sumedh's eyes have tears too. He pulls her into hug. His heart beating fast. He hides her in his chest. Caresses her hair.  His attitude becomes caring.

Sumedh:
Pl stop crying. I am not worth it.
Mallika:
Don't touch me! Leave me!

She says hiting his chest trying to separate from him but tightens his grip.

Sumedh:
Stop crying. Major Mallika, Stop crying. Mallika...like you, for me, its COUNTRY OVER FAMILY. I killed my dad for my country. We here because I chose my country over family. You should be proud...finally I became what you wanted me to become.

She pushes him away.

Mallika:
You are very bad person! You are a horrible person.! I didn't want you to become this! I didn't play with your feelings like you did! You want CM Joshi right...! I WOULD DIE BUT NEVER LET YOU TOUCH HIM. NOW IT'S MY PERSONAL THING! NO COUNTRY NO FAMILY....SEE THE MAJOR MALLIKA YOU NEVER SAW!

She said spatting out anger. His attitude changed from care to proudy.

Sumedh:
Play cool Major Mallika. I won't think thrice before shooting you.
Mallika:
I saw that, that night Mr Mudgalkar. You should know, I WOULD THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE SHOOTING YOU. BUT ONCE I START SHOOTING, I WON'T STOP TILL ALL YOUR BLOOD DRAINS OUT FROM YOUR BODY THROUGH THOSE HOLES.

Sumedh gives Mallika a angry look and walks out. He was shocked at her behavior. But he didn't care to care.
