I find Bambam out in the hallway with one of my cameras strapped around his neck. I called him in for backup as a second camera man since this is a big event, wanting to have all the bases covered. And maybe I called him in for some moral support. He actually spent time taking pictures in the groom's room, snapping pictures of Taehyung and his groomsmen, since I knew that I couldn't do it.
"Hey, dude." Bambam gives me a small smile, clapping me on the back. "Ready for this?" he asks cautiously.
"Would you be ready to watch the girl that you love, marry someone else?"
He frowns at me sympathetically. "Fair point."
The music starts and my heart begins to beat rapidly, nervously.
Bambam flashes me an encouraging look and we take our places.
The ceremony starts and I mindlessly take pictures of the wedding party, while anxiously waiting for Nini to come down the aisle. When Judd finally walks her down, my heart stops.
She looks beautiful, but she also looks scared out of her mind. Her grip is visibly tight on Judd's arm and around her bouquet, with her face lacking colour.
Halfway down the aisle, her fearful eyes lock on mine and my throat goes dry.
Just when I think that she may bolt due to cold feet, she manages to make it to the end, taking Taehyung's hand and standing at the alter with him.
The ceremony starts and Nini's eyes lock on mine once more, with the look in them too much for me to handle. In this moment, I realise that I can't do this. I can't stand here and torture myself by watching the girl that I love, marry someone else. I thought that I could do it, I really did, but I was such a fool.
With my stomach tied in knots, I quickly turn on my heel and find the nearest exit, brushing past Bambam.
"Take this." I instruct him, while handing him my better camera to continue on what I can't finish. "I can't do this."
