47. *LONG AF*

Hinata was groggy when she woke up, not being able to picture what she was seeing. 1 minute she saw her sister & father and then the next she saw TenTen and Neji. After she saw a tall form in the shape of a man, he was staring at her. "Who are you?" She blinked her eyes a few times and drifted back off to sleep.

A gasp escaped her lips as she awakened again. "Where's my baby?" She sat up clutching the hospital's bed "Calm down." Sasuke slowly picked up the newborn and handed him in her hands & she carefully removed the top of her hospital gown, laying the baby on her bare chest as he quietly slept.

This small human being gave her a feeling so strong that she felt breathless.

How could a stranger snatch her heart just like that? Without even uttering a word?

How is that even possible?

Sasuke felt uncomfortable, the way she gazed at that kid with admiration made him uneasy. "How long have I been out?" She kept her eyes on him when she asked the question. "For 15 hours."

"What have they been feeding him?" She spoke softly to not wake the baby. "Formula." Normally, she would ask & wonder why he was speaking in a certain tone, but now, she could care less. Keeping her attention on her newfound love. They heard 2 soft knocks on the door before Dr. Sanya entered.

"Hello, you two." She went to Hinata's bedside. "How are you feeling?" She tiredly sighed, "a little.. lightheaded." "That's common, you'll feel that way for a few days so don't worry."

Hinata gave her a light smile. "So when he wakes up you can breastfeed him and... have you 2 come up with a name yet?" Sasuke didn't say anything and Hinata felt her cheeks warming up.

"Yusuke. Yusuke Uchiha."

The baby opened his eyes, the right pupil was black and the other white, when she looked him in the eyes her heart skipped a beat and then she began nursing him.

When they left the hospital Sasuke blindfolded Hinata and kept it on her until they got to the place. "What's going on Sasuke?" Anticipation played with her nerves as she heard some light sounds.

After several minutes passed he slowly untied the blindfold and when she saw the 'surprise' she was completely blown away. She gasped loudly, clasping her hands together and her eyes widened.

"..." She was completely speechless and didn't know how to form the words, they were stuck in her throat.

"When-how?"

Shocking eyes looked around the whole room and she walked up to the crib, feeling the hard exterior with both hands.

Then he came behind her. "You left your dream baby's vision board at your father's." Tears formed at the corner of her eyes.

"This was for if you had a boy."

That was hard to believe. "But..." Sasuke cut her off. "The docs already told your father and we both worked on this for a month."
He wrapped his arms around her and slowly caressed the scar on her lower pelvis. "This is where we'll be staying. I've been working on extra missions to gift you this new house."

"I love you Sasuke."

That night she took a nice soothing hot bath, placed on nice stretchy maternity clothes, with comfortable cotton underwear along with maternity pads and she laid in her new king-size bed.

She wasn't sure when it happened but after she closed her eyes for what felt like a minute, she was awakened by hearing Yusuke crying on the baby monitor, immediately got outta the bed, rushed to his side, sat in the rocking chair to nurse him and after 15 minutes she placed him back in the crib.
