Chris: hey baby!! [Hugs her]
Clare: hey [hugs and they kiss, gets in]Chris: hey Marcus!! [Hugs him] welcome to my ahh humble aboard [smiles]
Marcus: thank you Chris and this is great actually.
Chris: oh yeah? Y'all are hungry?
Clare: I have to study, Marcus are you hungry?
Marcus: yeah I can eat.
Chris: good. Come with me let's eat not this serious student right here.
Clare: says the guy not doing med.
Chris: [they sit at the table] yeah right.Marcus: you're doing something else?
Chris: yeah, I'm doing Business studies.
Marcus: oh okay. What exactly do you do with it?
Chris: basically help you run any form of business.
Marcus: oh okay cool.
Chris: yeah?? He gets it.
Marcus: [smiles]Later that evening Marcus went to bed in he's own room. Then during the night he woke up and walked around the house and found Clare awake......
Marcus: Clare?
Clare: hey, what are you still doing up? It's like one right now.
Marcus: [laughs] exactly I'm supposed to ask you that same question.
Clare: touché [smiles] I'm studying.......
Marcus: studying? But you're typing something titled 'Broken' and what's touché?
Clare: [short laughs] yeah I'm on a break so just decided to write down a few poems then after exactly twenty minutes I continue..........
Marcus: wow, you're a writer?
Clare: yeah. Though I haven't yet written any story yet still figuring out what to write about, for now I just do poems.......
Marcus: cool....
Clare: then touché is like when, umm okay like basically someone else takes a hit at you or wins an argument against you, something like that. Now, what are you doing up?
Marcus: couldn't sleep.
Clare: feel uncomfortable here?
Marcus: no, no. I just wanted some water.
Clare: really? So you mean if you were up on your own all you'd do is drink water and go to bed? [Smiles] Or maybe you just wanted to be sure Chris isn't a drug.......
Marcus: no. Okay........[Sighs]....... I just had a nightmare that's all... about Kingson so I just got up to get some air for a bit. I usually get them, even while I was still there.Clare: I see. Okay let me tuck you in and I'll sing you to sleep how about that? I think it'll clear your mind.
Marcus: really?
Clare: look I know it sounds like something childish for you, but for a six year old that works. Hell even for adults sometimes [blushes] it works for me. Anyway, let's try it.
Marcus: hmmmmm whatever. I hope you got a nice voice though.
Clare: no not really, Chris is the musician here.......[Covers him with the blanket]
Marcus: oh no wonder you got all red when you said, "it works even for adults" what, he sings you lullabys?
Clare: you know for a six year old, you know too much. Shut up [laughs].
Marcus: [laughs]Clare: okay close your eyes [he closes then opens and she laughs] idiot close......
Marcus: okay, okay. No need for violence [laughs].
Clare: [sings silent night calmly]After she's done she stares at him hard to see if he fell asleep and he did. Then she pecks him on the forehead and leaves. He opens he's eyes slightly, smiles and sleeps while she sits on her table thinks for a moment then continues.
