Worlds Apart

"Are you ready to continue?" Amelia says as she points at Kronii, who is still on the edge of the arena, kneeling down holding her now crushed right eye and a little bit of the skull around it, "...she didn't reach my brain or anything vital besides my eye... but... Amelia..!" Kronii thinks to herself, she looks to Amelia, "Those wounds, that slice on your ear, that stab in your leg, your cut bangs. I didn't give you those injuries" Kronii shouts. Amelia stands straight, "this is my secret ability, parallel swap." Amelia begins to explain, "the ability gives me control over 5 separate parallel dimensions, there's ever so slight differences, such as our fight. But don't get it Twisted, im still the Amelia of this dimension, the ability swaps our two positions and situations, but retains our memories of our proper dimension, im unsure how, but one of the Amelia's in another dimensions figured out how to take your abilities out of these watches, she used that and conjured up a device that allows this to happen." Amelia explains.

"So that's it huh..." a familiar voice says in the god's booth. Omega, Laplus, and Baelz turn around to see Fauna and Sana have made it back, "whichever Amelia created that ability must have made a machine similar to that but one that would allow a bridge between dimensions, and sent Roboco from that dimension to this one, it's the only explanation as to why I didn't have any memories or sight of whatever happened to Roboco's human base." Fauna deduces. "Where were you two?" Baelz asks, Sana sits in the chair next to her, "we wanted to investigate the human behind Roboco, we found she died of old age and were confused, but now we know the truth." She says. "But an ability like that has to be some sort of taboo right!?" Baelz asks, omega looks to her, "this tournament is humanities last shot at survival, taboo or not she created a machine capable of doing such a thing, so she should be able to use it to win the fight for her race. If they manage to win, only after the tournament will i forbid it's use." Omega explains. Laplus looks to Omega, "Well aren't you kind... but still, this ability, is dangerous... and now that the cats out of the bag... she won't need to hold it back..."

Kronii looks around, placing her hand on the ground, still holding the other hand over her eye. "So, you sent my dagger to that other dimension too huh..." she asks, "that's right, now a you in another universe has three daggers, but the me I swapped with is probably going to succumb to the wounds I swapped to her anyway." Amelia says coldly.  "You humans really have no regard to anything but your own fruition... it's why I seek to win my fellow gods this tournament." Kronii explains before thinking to herself, "...she's cold... far colder than she was before... she's definitely the Amelia I've been fighting so far, but she's colder.. almost menacingly, did that thing she did mess up her head? Or is it just bringing out her true and very exaggerated nature...".

"Amelia seems different doesn't she?" Mumei asks, looking to Moona. "She does seem a bit more aggressive... it seems like the whole dimension swap thing takes a toll on her mind the same way that mechanical exoskeleton did... i guess we'll have to wait and see" Moona explains

"Tch... then, Search!!" Kronii shouts as her eye begins to glow yellow, as it seems to resemble gears and hands of a ticking clock, the world around her crumbles and several what appear to be thin beams of light soar past her, she looks at one of them and touches it with her hand, in it, she sees a wounded Amelia Watson being finished off by a Kronii of another timeline. "So this is the Amelia that she just swapped her situation with..." Kronii says to herself as she looks away to another beam and places her hand in it, revealing a simple ongoing battle between the two, and another of the same nature. She sees the one she's currently in and one more. "Hm? She said she had 4 swaps.. killed off one.. that's 3.. the two parallel battles.. 1.. and that's ours.. so what's this one..?" Kronii ponders as she places her hand in the beam, she sees a large machine with what appears to be a silhouette of someone inside of it, the girl slowly turning in the tank, her body is covered in lines of cybernetics and several augments, she almost looks like, "R-Roboco...?" Kronii questions before the figure is fully turned around, and it's revealed to be Amelia, smiling while unconscious, a machine next to her says 84% before suddenly Kronii is brought back to the proper timeline and is being rushed by Amelia. "Okay.. I need to destroy those clocks of hers she only has two more swaps and if I deal with her clocks, even if I don't damage herself much, she'll have to swap!" Kronii plans as she reaches behind her holding her hand wide open. just then, Amelia lunges forward at Kronii with a punch but Kronii hops back, and her one dagger returns to her hands, she flips and lands against the wall of the arena, then bursts forward holding her dagger forward as she soars towards Amelia, Amelia quickly moves her body out of the way and narrowly dodged the slash, only getting a graze on her forehead. Kronii lands on her feet but is taken by surprise, the floor covered in small crushed and sharp rocks hurt her feet, she groans but ignores it and takes a stance. Amelia reaches to her thigh holster and pulls her gun, she takes out the mag and checks, "no ammo huh.." she tosses the gun off the arena and gets into a stance of her own, "I need to get rid of that dagger... it shouldn't be hard for me... so why am I afraid...?" Amelia thinks to herself, "no... it's my brain that's giving that emotion... not me but why..." she thinks back to earlier in the fight, when she mistakenly used her rewind, "I see... so that's how it is.. the cybernetics are catching up with me... I'll wrap this up quickly then..!".

Still in silence, Amelia charges forward she leads with a quick kick at Kronii face from the right, where Kronii is blind. Kronii swiftly weaves and counters with a quick jab at Amelia's stomach using her left arm, but Amelia grabs hold of Kronii's arm and places her foot Infront if Kronii's left leg and pulls Kronii by her arm towards herself, causing Kronii to trip and begin to fall, but Kronii uses her other leg to retain balance and to use the momentum of her fall and her own strength to then pull Amelia back using the arm Amelia grabbed hold of, sending Amelia over herself and slamming her back against the ground to her left. She falls as well but quickly regains her footing. Amelia also stands and looks with a smile, "this Amelia's body isn't so different from my original one, except for one thing!" She shouts while pointing her finger at Kronii, then she also extends her middle finger and lifts her thumb, her fingers begin to open up and form a gun. "...What...!? So she also had different cybernetics across each of her swaps... this was unexpected..!" Kronii thinks to herself before a pulsating sound is followed by a bang, and a bullet fires at Kronii. "Tch!" Kronii groans and the bullet suddenly slows, however, in a flash of thundering electricity, Amelia appears right in front of her with a punch. "Sh-Shit!!" Kronii shouts, "...She used dilation when I was busy using anti dilation on the bullet... I don't know how strong this punch is... but every bit of gear that humanity had, if necessary, was recreated by Kaela so that they would actually have an effect on gods...!! Which one do I slow down..!? It's no good, I don't have enough time!!". Kronii keeps the bullet slowed and takes the deadly punch from Amelia head on, however the punch never lands and Amelia slows back to normal speed after passing Kronii, and now holding her last dagger in her hand. With one hand on her hip Amelia smiles proudly tossing the dagger up and down in her hands. Kronii scowls before stepping to the side and the bullet Amelia fired earlier speeds up but phases through Amelia, however so does the dagger. Amelia cancels her erasure and tries to catch the dagger but Kronii uses anti dilation to speed up its fall, and it pierced the ground causing the time stop bubble to expand. Now Amelia is groaning as she suddenly vanishes. A moment passes with Kronii looking around and Amelia falls out of the sky with a slam, Kronii barely able to avoid it. The smoke clears and this time Amelia is missing her entire left arm. She smiling but growling in pain as she looks at Kronii, "yiiiiicks..!!!! That hurts like hell!!" She exclaims, Her wound is still bleeding. "This must've been fresh...! Talk about timing..." she takes her right hand a places it over the wound, it begins to distort as waves of heat emit and the wound cauterizes all the while, Amelia continues to snarl in pain.

"Yknow, I'm reminded, I never did ask you why you fight, Doctor." Kronii says, "surely it's more than 'I want my race to live' right? After all this technology was made well before this tournament, so.. why do you fight?" Kronii finally asks. Amelia looks to her "because I have an ambition. One that was relatively small for a while, but then I met someone likeminded, someone who gave me the push I needed." Amelia explains looking towards the audience and glancing to the top of the arena. There stood a girl with long winding scarlet hair blowing in the wind. two horns protrude from her head below a double halo of stars, one halo with white stars, one with black. She has Crystal-like wings, Her ears are pointed and her eyes are heterochromatic, pink and blue. Laplus scowls and Kronii looks in understanding, "I see.. so hope reached you, didn't she?"
