"Didn't see that one coming did you?" Iroha asks while smiling, Ayame doesn't smile and swings at Iroha immediately, Iroha ducks and goes to Ayames right blind side and slices through her abdomen then behind her slices up Through Ayames spine and out her left shoulder.
Iroha keeps her pose behind Ayame and sheathes her sword, and Ayame falls to the ground
"H-HUH?! IROHA HAS DROPPED AYAME TO THE GROUND IN A SWIFT SLICE!! IS ROUND THREE ALREADY OVER!?"
Iroha exhales and looks behind her to Ayames corpse. Ayames lower half stands and her upper grabs onto her legs, then pulls herself up to the slice, and the flesh heals and Ayame turns around, while leaning back holding her waist, popping her back. Iroha looks at her face, still with a sliced eye and missing horn.
"Hallucinations, huh?" She asks, "As sharp as your blade, I see" Ayame replies smiling.
"E-EVERYONE WAS TRICKED!? A-AYAME CAST EVERYONE IN THIS COLOSSEUM INTO A HALLUCINATION!!"
Ayame stares at Iroha and Iroha sweats, her smile fades and she runs at Ayame swinging her sword rashly and repeatedly misses Ayame.
"What the hell's she doing," Baelz asks, "wasn't she cooler than space a second ago?".
Kronii looks at Baelz, "Chances are Ayame has Irohas mind in her control." She explains, "Oni have a pretty vast set of abilities, increasing feelings of stress or anxiety, is one of them."
Baelz looks back in the arena, "So Ayames trying to get Iroha to waste her stamina? Not bad..."
Ayame continues to weave all the swings Iroha sends out, suddenly Iroha stops for a second then slices at Ayame. This time Ayame has to guard and Iroha shakes her head, "That almost worked." She says while smiling and catching her breath. Ayame frowns, "you're not gonna make this easy..." Iroha widens her stance, "have I ever?". The two dash at each other and begin to engage in a flurry of clashes, it didn't take long for Ayame to eventually break through Irohas One bladed defense with her dual wield, and with her arms crossed she sliced down at Iroha, forming an X shaped slice.
Iroha focuses and spreads her arms back with her coat widening, a large gust of wind flies from behind Ayame and Iroha used her coat to catch the air and was propelled backward. In the air she slowly floats down and lands gently, narrowly avoiding even blades of the red hellish grass in the arena, she opens her eyes and looks at Ayame, the crimson slice Ayame made stays suspended in the air and it flies at Iroha.
Iroha points her blade at Ayames direction and the projectile Ayame sent at her begins to strafe to the left a tad, she turns her blade and begins to twist her body. The projectile flies around Iroha and and eventually Iroha completes a 360 and the projectile is hurling back at Ayame. Ayame widens her eyes and dashes out of the way, the projectile cuts Ayames arm and it hits the wall behind her, turning it to rubble.
The wound bleeds and Ayame wipes the blood, when she looks up, Iroha is swinging down The Chakimaru on her with a reversed grip. Ayame tries to dash back but Iroha propels herself after Ayame with wind.
"Kaze no Gotoku: Ryu Tsume!!"
Iroha slices down on Ayame and just before it hits, Ayame closes her eyes and in her forehead behind her bangs, a third eye opens. Where the blade strikes, instead of Ayames chest being slashed open, a dark smoke folds around the blade and it flies through Ayame. The wind from the blade creating a beautiful formation resembling a beautiful cloud.
Ayame hops back and a blood red flame envelopes both of Ayames swords, and up her arms. Ayame exhales sharply and looks at Iroha,
"Never did I think I'd ever have to go this far on you... Iroha..." Ayame tightens her grip around her swords and takes a stance.
"Honno no Kokyu!!"
