A/N
Alright everyone, I'm here to warn that this arc is going to be more violent and deadly than the previous ones. There will be some pretty horrific depictions in this one thanks to the severity of the villain.
Along with that, it will once again be plot heavy.
Another thank you to everyone still reading. Get ready for some madness.

The anti-void was near silent, the only sound being the downpour of a stray island's waterfall. The floating structure loomed in the distance, half obscured the horizon's natural white haze. Although the atmosphere held a sense of beauty, it brought no comfort to the skeleton who stalked below. He instead focused on the densifying web of blue strings.
A shudder ran up Fell's spine. His entire frame felt light, adrenaline leaving all his senses heightened. He felt terrified, but he couldn't retreat. He couldn't return to Nightmare's castle which has started to feel like home. No, that wasn't an option. He had come to the anti-void for a reason. If he didn't see it through, he knew what consequences awaited him and everything he cared for.
He eyed the hovering strings, then with one wave of a hand, he summoned forth a sharp bone to sever a cord. After that he waited, every empty second bringing him more discomfort. Eventually, a shadow cast over him. He quickly dipped his head to the god who carelessly draped himself across a hammock of string. "Ah... Fell. How nice it is to see you again," Error mused, that eerie smile stretching to an unnatural length. "What do you have for me, little spy?" He asked.
Fell hesitated, his mind suddenly foggy in the presence of Error. Guilt bubbled up over his terror, causing a painful ache to resonate in his chest. "I don't want to do this anymore," He blurted out, his voice coming off unintentionally hostile. He stepped back, watching the god's reaction.
Error looked far from insulted. He seemed entertained by Fell's claim if anything. He lowered his hammock of strings and slipped off the perch. "What's this? Are you growing soft?" He asked, soon padding in a circle around Fell. His pinpricks seemed to bore into his very soul. He let out a chuckle. "Have you forgotten where you stand, anomaly?" He asked. He lifted a hand, and the strings brought a neatly folded paper into his grasp. "I quite literally have your entire world's existence in the palm of my hands. I have shown you once what I'm capable of. Do you need another example? Perhaps a more beloved figure in your life would do-"
"No! Leave my family out of this!" Fell replied, his sockets wide. He could tell from the look on Error's face that he absolutely adored his terror. All the same, Fell knew he had to force himself to steady. If he made too much of a scene, Nightmare would surely sense the spike of negativity. He would have already, if he ever cared to hone in on Fell's presence. Not only would Error destroy his world upon being found out, but Nightmare would surely take his life for this second betrayal. He had to calm down.
"I'll leave them alone as soon as you give me what I want," Error replied, shrugging the threat off as if it were a minor detail. He shooed the paper away, the strings dragging it back into the webs where it vanished from sight. "So, tell me, do you have any information I'd like to know about?" He asked.
Fell gave in, desperate to keep his world safe. "Yes. I've found out a secret, one the other gods wish to keep from you," He began. That instantly sparked Error's interest, his sockets widening a bit as he stared him down. Fell nearly choked on his own words, reluctant to spill such a dangerous secret. Eventually, he spoke, too frightened to irritate Error again. "There's a world which Ink's been keeping secret. A universe which only holds one soul," He began to explain. "They've called it Aftertale."
Error tilted his head, his eyes now narrowed. "Why are they trying so hard to hide a single soul from my eyes?" He questioned.
"Because if you try to destroy this soul, it could send the multiverse into chaos," Fell replied. He hated the flash of excitement which sparkled within Error's gaze. "Error, just listen to me. You don't understand the danger. If you do what you're thinking, you'll release an entity stronger than even yourself," He warned. Error scoffed, as if he had suggested something impossible. "Error. No. You can't kill him, you'll-"
