Boes's POV
Chapa is in bed watching TV as I change into my pj's but I got a text from my mom.
Mom: I want you home. With your suitcase ready.
I text her back.
Bose: Why? Is something wrong?
Mom: No. I want you home.
Bose: Heh?
Mom: You, me & dad are going on a vacation to the bahamas for 1 month as a family and your coming.
Bose: But I want to stay in Swellview.
Mom: Sorry honey. We already bought plane tickets.
Bose: Can I stay the night with Chapa and come home in the morning?
Mom: I guess you can. But be home with your thing by 5 AM.
Bose: Okay doke.
I left it there as I got ready for bed and sit next to Chapa then we watch some TV.
Chapa: What are we doing tommorow?
Bose: Actually... I'm going on a family vacation to the Bahamas.
Chapa: Ohh... How long will you be gone?
Bose: A month.
I can tell that she's upset but I will get her a souvenir or something from a gift shop but she turns off the TV and we cuddle together until we fell asleep.
When I woke up the time was 3 AM so I got out of bed without waking Chapa up and packed my suitcase but I felt arms around me.
Chapa's POV
I heard a ziper and immediately got up to wrap my arms around him while resting my head on his back.
Chapa: I don't want you to go.
Bose: I don't either.
He turns around and looks at me.
Bose: It'll just be a month. I'll call you.
Chapa: Did you forgot that I don't have a phone.
Bose: You do now.
He pulled something out of his pocket and it was my stolen phone that I've been searching for years so I grab it and it still works.
Chapa: How did you find it.
When I look up he looks worried.
Bose: Because... I'm-
His phone interrupts him and picks it up to answer it.
Bose: Hey mom... Yeah I'm ready... See you soon... Love you too... Bye.
He hangs up the phone and looks at me again.
Bose: I have to go.
Chapa: But what about-
He kiss me before I could finish my sentence as we kiss for a while then he pulls away
Bose: I'll tell you when I get back.
I see him walk out the door.
For the first time in years I felt alone.
