I know! I could just find Josh and ask him to return the stuff he stole or atleast the money he got with it. I don't even know why he would steal that kid always had a lot of money on him. Maybe some teenage rebellion or whatever?
I take my coat and alongwith Ryan go to find Josh. We finally reach his place. It did NOT look like it belonged to a rich person. I knocked for like 10 minutes.
A very old woman opened the door.
"Excuse me ma'am, I'm looking for Josh."
"Josh? He left town yesterday. I have been trying his phone for so long, the kid didn't even tell me where he was going."
My heart sank. I knew exactly what this meant. I felt so powerless.
I came home, devastated.I sat down at the table to have some water when
I saw his card. Against my heart I call him.
"I have some conditions Aiden."
"Do you really think you're at a position where you can make demands?" He laughs.
"They're not much. Meet me at cafe paris, 5pm." I hang up. This is the weirdest shit ever. I walk in the cafe trying to find a face I didn't want to find.
He sat there on the corner table like he owns the cafe. I roll my eyes at him.
"So what does the pretty girl want?" He says emotionlessly.
" I don't want my brother to know I'm doing this for him. So I'm gonna pretend to be at an office trip for these 14 days.
You cannot tell him anything or let him come to any harm. I agree to do this if i get to make my own choices. And i need a separate room. I AM NOT sharing a room with you."
"You would be surprised how many women want to share a room with me" He smiles and continues "But I won't make you do anything you don't want. Sounds fair. Deal?"
"Deal." I smile back.
