last week really sucked i hope it's better this week and i hope Abby doesn't want to kill us
|Pyramid| "girls come on let's go!" Abby calls as we run into studio A
"the walk of shame let's go..Sarah and unfortunately her mother Christy are here with us today."
"you're a guest here this week you need to appreciate that and be grateful for that opportunity."
"you guys are two for two losing two for two the select team.. how did it feel to get beat." Abby asks
"not good." Maddie says
"girls! i wasnt disappointed in your dancing i wasn't disappointed in your hard work i was disappointed in your attitude after the competition you need to suck it up."
i bite my lip
"the kids didn't cry onstage and they had nothing disrespectful to say to any of those girls i think they were sad because they felt let down by you." Jill says
"i am giving you the tools i have taught you right from wrong it doesn't matter if you think you didn't get a fair shake or if you think that the judging wasn't right or if you're just a sore loser you don't do it where people can see it ever! understood?" Abby says
"yes." we all say
"alright let's get to the pyramid."
"first we have Chloe, the turn section at the end just was never in sync."
"and next we have Maddie, you've always been a team leader although you're not the oldest dancer here that means when things go wrong people are following your lead you're upset you're emotional the whole teams going to follow you never let them see you sweat."
"next Kendall, Kendall you did a nice job it was good but you were apart of that turn trio and you know it could've been better."
"yes" Kendall says
"okay." Jill says
"and next Nia, if you are not born that flexible you have to work harder if you're not flexible it's going to take you longer to get the flexibility than someone is naturally flexible." Abby says
"and next is Kayla, for years you've been a turner, twenty a la secondes eight coupe turns, doing aerials after thirty pirouettes but how did you manage to mess up five turns? you want to be a professional there is no room for error."
i nod
"and last on the bottom Mackenzie, Mackenzie you danced way over here for me instead of way over there for the judges that's why you're not up there."
"and on top of the pyramid because of the winning group number is Sarah." we clap for Sarah

"this week we will be travelling to intensity dance competition in Cleveland Ohio" Abby says and looks to the moms and my mom starts laughing
