Solange's POV:

I stare at myself in the mirror. I am really getting ready for couples therapy, with the woman I thought I would have no problems with, because I cheated. I stop doing my makeup and continue to think.

"Hey, Solange?" Michelle asks breaking me out of my trance.

"Yes?"

"What time does our session start."

Before I answer, I take my time looking at her. She wasn't fully dressed yet, with a half-buttoned navy blue shirt and a white pencil skirt. Her breast are kinda on display.

Her hair was halfway finished, with perm rods all through it. I also noticed that she didn't even get started on her makeup.

"Oh, um. It starts at 4:15. But it's good that you got started getting ready because it takes about 30 minutes to get there."

"Ok." She starts to walk away. "You look amazing."

She turns around. She gives me a small smile. "You look nice, too"

"Thank you", after that, she walks away.

I get back to doing my makeup. I decided to wear a white pantsuit with gold heels.

Michelle's POV:

4:02 p.m.

We decided to go together in my car. I t was pretty silent ride until Solange started humming to the song.

I turned the radio up and realized the song was "End Of The Road" by Boys II Men.

"Why do you play with my heart? Why do you play with mind?"

We both start singing along to the song.

"When I can't sleep at night without holding you tight. Girl, each time I try I just break down and cry"

As me and Solange are singing, it reminds me of the old times. When I was in college and we would ride around in my car to help with the stress.

Then going to the beach, an ice cream cone in both our hands, (Mine strawberry, hers chocolate) as we sit on the sand just thinking about our life together. We were so young and naive to think we wouldn't have any problems in our life.

Now here we are on our way the therapy because she cheated on me. It's honestly crazy how life is. You think you have your whole life planned out and here comes some dumb shit that fucks up all your plans.

Michelle's POV:

Solange and I are sitting in Mrs. Whitfield's office. We have been waiting for about 5 minutes but it felt like 5 hours. The room is filled with awkward silence because we're both trying to figure out what to say.
