Hey guys! I just wanted to you that if the text is in Italic (for example this is Italic), that is what the person is thinking in his or her head depending who's POV it is. There probably won't be that many Italics in this chapter but I just wanted to let you guys know.. okay that's it happy reading!!

Riley's POV
"Wake up Riley! It's 7:48!" mom said tugging at Riley's foot. "What?!" I yelled scrambling out my blanket.
I threw on my clothes and quickly brushed my hair. Then I grabbed my backpack and ran downstairs to the car. When mom got in car, she gave me a cup with milk and bread.
"Unbelievable Riley.." mom said starting the car.
"Hey it's not my fault my alarm didn't go off." I said drinking some of my milk.
"I know you're not used to waking up early but you know that school starts at 8:00. It's your responsibility to wake yourself up in the morning." mom said.
"Ugh.." I said looking out the window.
When we got to the drop off zone at school, I glanced at the time. 8:06.
..Yay..
I got out of the car and started walking to the school building when my mom rolled down the car window and yelled:
"Bring this with you!" mom said holding the piece of bread.
I turned around and yelled back "No!" giving her my best 'are you kidding me' face.
"You barely ate anything!" mom said.
"Yes I did! I'll see you after school." I said turning around and walking into the school building.
