The two Grayson's are quiet as they eat their dinner. That is, until Dick decides to start up a conversation. "Good day?" He asks.
Y/n nods. "Yeah, I guess." She says.
Dinners are always akward with these two. Either Dick's working or Y/n has to study. Neither of them actually get time together.
"So, we never do this." Y/n says making Dick shake his head.
"Never."
"And we can both agree it's very akward, right?"
"Very." Dick nods. "You wanna go watch How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days and eat waffles with ice cream?" He asks.
"Oh, absolutely." Y/n nods. The two of them get their ice cream and waffles and sit in front of the TV, watching the movie.
The last time they watched a movie together was when Y/n was ten. It was her birthday and she really wanted to watch Monsters Inc. How could Dick possibly refuse?
Well, now he can refuse either, because this is his daughter. And whether he likes it or not, they're stuck together.
Her with her strange powers and him with his ninja stars. The perfect father daughter duo.
