No one knows what Viscount Anthony Bridgerton is like behind closed doors. Sometimes not even his beloved Mama.

But everyone thinks they know what he is like, so they clearly haven't met his daughter.

As the whole Bridgerton family stands around in the Danbury hall, music playing around them, little    Y/n Bridgerton is on a mission to find her father in the crowds of people.

"Papa?" Y/n asks as she looks around. "Papa?" When she finally sees him talking to some men. "Papa!"

"Excuse me, gentlemen." Anthony says. He crouches down to his daughter and smiles. "Yes, darling?"

"Where do I get the lemonade?" She whispers. Anthony chuckles and stands up straight.

He takes his daughters hand and leads her to the drinks table. He gets some lemonade and hands her the glass.

"Are you having a good night, darling?" Anthony asks as he picks the girl up and balances her on his hip.

Y/n nods happily. "When can I dance, Papa?" The young girl asks.

"Why not tonight? I shall help you." Anthony smiles.

"Having fun, brother?" Benedict asks as he walks over to his older brother.

"Uncle Benny, Papa said he's going to teach me to dance." Y/n smiles.

"Did he?" Benedict asks. People whisper about Y/n, and then, Anthony hears the word he dreads.

Bastard.

"Benedict, take Y/n will you? I'll be back in a moment." Anthony says as he hands his daughter to his brother.

"Uncle Benny, where is Papa going?" Y/n asks as her eyes follow Anthony.

"Just to talk to some people, darling. Shall we take a walk outside?" Benedict asks. The girl nods and the second oldest Bridgerton takes his niece outside. "Are you enjoying the evening, my dear?"

"Very much." Y/n nods happily. "Papa said he would dance with me."

"Did he now?" Benedict asks. Y/n nods."Well, I should like a dance with you too."

"I'll have to ask Papa." She says. Benedict nods. Then, Anthony comes outside.

"Darling, I'm not feeling too well, shall we go home?" Anthony says. The little girl's eyes widen and she looks at Anthony.

"Are you sick?" Y/n asks. Anthony nods.

"Yes, I'm not feeling well. I promise, the next time we come to a ball, we shall dance." He says. Y/n nods and waddles over to her father.

He picks her up and the two leave. Little does Y/n know, her father just silenced a whole ball room. And not in an acceptable way.
