Summary: Daniel's daughter sees him after the race.

Daniel walks into the pit and when he spots his daughter, he smiles. "Dad! I saw you race! I saw you!" Y/n squeals.

"Did ya?" Daniel smiles as he pulls his daughter into a hug. "Did you like seeing me race?"

Y/n nods. "You went so fast!" Daniel chuckles and kisses his daughters head.

"You wanna go see Lando?" Daniel asks. Y/n nods excitedly. The two of them make their way to the board rooms where the other drivers are with their teams.

When Y/n spots Lando she runs up to him and hugs him. Lando smiles and picks up the eight year old, hugging her.

"Good job on the podium," Y/n smiles.

"Thanks, sweetheart," Lando chuckles.

Later in the night, Y/n falls asleep on one of the chairs, her head resting on her arms which are propped up thanks to the table.

Daniel chuckles when he sees her and he picks her up. She grumbles and he kisses her head. "Go back to sleep, sweetheart." He says softly.

"Are we going to the hotel?" Y/n asks groggily. Daniel chuckles and nods.

"Yeah, we are." He says quietly.
