School finished and New was waiting for me in his car outside the school. We had a little conversation in the car where he pretended to car about my day and I responded accordingly. Afterward, it was just a quiet drive to his house. I got out the car and went inside. As I was going to the room that I was loaned, his wife said hi to me and I just responded with a hi back. I got to the room, close the door and laid on my back on the bed looking at the ceiling. I wanted to lay there for a minute before doing anything when I felt a shift in the room. I looked up and it was Sun.
"What in the .... You could have given me a warning or something before barging into my head without permission. I mean like what if I was naked or something," I said annoyed.
"Well, I don't have your number so I couldn't give you a warning and I wouldn't mind seeing you naked or something," he replied while giggling.
I wanted to slap him again but I didn't want to get stuck in my head or something since he is controlling the connection.
"Can you shift us out of my room please? I don't want you to go around looking at my stuff. I don't know you like that," I said.
"Fine, let's go to my room. I don't mind if you look at my stuff," he said, "Plus, I don't think you remember this but we was in school together up until like fifth grade when the accident happen."
"What accident are you talking about," I replied.
"I remember in 5th grade, you someone how summoned a storm around the school. The roof of the school was gone. Your parents came and my parents help erase the memory of everyone involved and you was gone the next day," he said.
"Then how did you remember what happened," I said.
"My parents taught me how to block memory spells since they specialized in telepathic magic but I am not great like them. I sometimes let my emotion get in the way and I magic runs a muck and stuff happens," he said.
"Like what," I asked.
"Well, I got separated from my parents and I was scared. I was so scared and wanted my mom that I projected myself into my mom's thoughts without saying a word. My mom was able to find me because I was connected to her," he said.
As he kept on talking, I started looking around his room and saw some of the books that my dad wrote on ancient magic.
He saw me looking at the books and said, "I am really sorry about your loss."
"I guess you did learn from this morning when I slap you," I said while giggling, "but I am also sorry for slapping you. I am just not ready to talk to anyone about it right now and you just asked to be slapped."
"I don't remember those words coming out my mouth but I believe you. So, how was you first day at school? I know you was homeschooled before so was it strange," he said.
"Well let's see, I was attacked by a crazy bitch, I slapped an annoying boy and got stuck doing a magical competition. So, it was great," I said sarcastically.
"Well, was the annoying boy at least cute," he asked.
"I would not know because all I remember was the feeling I had when I slap him. It was a good feeling," I said while laughing.
"My face still remembers the pain," he said.
"I said sorry. Plus your little girlfriend helped with the pain so you should be okay by now," I said.
"My little girlfriend, Samantha, is not a terrible person once you get to know her. She is just very territorial.," he said.
"Territorial! Nope, she is a just a bitch," I said.
