For most of the people in the house, the next day was just another day. The kids went to class which was now being taught by Jay; one of the adults in the house who was once a teacher. The people who knew about next week started preparing for next week. They readied themselves for the impending battle that we believe would determine the fate of a lot of people in our country. They, in secret, began their preparations, gathering their enchanted artifacts, checking their protective wards, and ensuring their weapons were sharp and ready. Amidst the frenetic energy, whispers of ancient spells filled the air, a symphony of incantations, binding their intentions and fueling their resolve.

"Sanjay," Nate began, his voice filled with a mixture of determination and gentle concern. "I must leave in order to gather vital supplies and talk to our allies. I leave you in charge of everything while I am away."

I nodded.

Here," he said, retrieving a paper from his pocket, "I have a list of tasks for you to complete. They range from magical reinforcement to gathering essential supplies."

I took the paper and looked it over.

"Ok, I will do my best to complete everything on this list before you are back," I said.

I watched as Nate disappeared into the distance. I started to review the list of tasks on the paper. I gathered the necessary magical components needed to complete the first task on the list. In Nate's office, I started performing the ritual to protect the house. My incantation echoed through the house like whispers infusing every corner of the house with a renewed sense of protection. The walls pulsated with renewed life.

After finishing in Nate's office, I started walking in the direction that was omitting a strange energy I was not familiar with. The strange energy was coming out of the art room where Indigo was creating the golem. I was extremely curious since I have never seen alchemy. When I opened the door, the room was filled with an otherworldly glow. In the middle of the room, was Indigo standing in front of a runic-etched platform. I stayed silent so she did not sense my presence. She had a bunch of shimmering vials and elemental essences near her.

She took the first vial with the label iridescent air essence. She uncorked the vial of iridescent air essence and gently poured it onto the platform. The golem began to take shape, its form transforming into that of a graceful wind fairy. Translucent wings sprouted from its back, and its body emanated a soft, serene glow. It seemed to float effortlessly above the ground, embodying the swift and elusive nature of the wind. It was a sight to behold.

Next, she took a handful of ancient stones infused with potent earth energies. Placing them onto the platform, the stones pulsed and fused together, transforming into the silhouette of an earth element ninja; its form clad in earth-toned armor adorned with intricate engravings.

I needed to leave in order to complete the list, but I wanted to see at least one more golem being created. Indigo reached for a container brought with what I could only guess to be shimmering droplets of liquid aquamarine. She then poured shimmering droplets of liquid aquamarine into the platform. The golem transformed into a graceful water elf, its figure exuding an aura of tranquility.

I knew that she was about to create her last golem because she mentioned that she gets tired and feels depleted after making four golems. As she reached for the last vial containing flickering flame, I started walking to the door in order to finish checking on everything in the house. This was the routine for that week. Everyone that was involved prepared for the battle and I was in charge of preparing the house and paperwork just in case the worst happens.

The day before the battle, I decided to take some time to prepare as well. I found an empty room where I would be able to do prepare in peace. I got this beautiful ring that I got from Indigo with a rose quart stone. The rose quartz stone was soft and translucent, radiating a gentle, pale pink hue. It was the perfect gift for Sun. I lit some jasmine incense candles. I pass the ring through the smoke of incense in order to remove any negative energies that it might hold. I placed my hand over the ring and closed my eyes. I concentrated on creating a stream of energy flowing from my palms to the ring. Then I said the incantation to imbue it with divine energy,
