Sweet Morning

IM SORRY  HAVENT UPDATED IN LIKE..WHAT A WEEK? IVE BEEN BUSY PLAYIGNS ONIC FRONTIERS LIKE EVERYDAY AND I HAVENT GOTRTEN ANY IDEAS, IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS OF WHAT TO DO FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER THEN PELASE SHARE!

Sonic POV:

i woke up, my eyes felt heavy as i rubbed them. I was strangely warm as i felt something fur like on either side of my body. I turned on my back as two cylindars held on to me. I finally opened my eyes to focus, and i saw a dark hedgehog and red echidna on either side of me.

Knuckles was snoring slightly as he held around my waist, pulling me close, as Shadow was nuzzled into my shoulder, also with a hand aroudn my waist. I felt my fur shoot up as i realised my situation. I remember 'Rusty Rose', but i just shook her off my mind for now to enjoy the moment.

I looked over at the asleep hedgehog, i took his mask off, so you could see his yellow diamond on his temple, as well as his up-turned quills, defying gravity as his cloak had fallen off during his sleep. I looked over at Knuckles aswell, He was slightly drooling, i was almost right by his chest as it heaved up and down. He seemed to be blushing a bit in his sleep, as his grip tightend when i moved to be more comfortable.

Shadow had noticed me moving away,a s he seemed to reach out for me, he moved closer, basically spooning me as i moved sideways again, He had his muzzle right on my neck as i felt every breath make shivers down my spine. There was no more room between us as he snuggled into me fully. I never thought i'd see ths side of the mysterious Shadow, but here he was.

It seems they noticed eachothers arms as they started shuffling on my waist for better grip, i couldn't help but slightly squeal as i covered my face. I found myself practically squeezed between them, as they basically used me as a body pillow.

Relaxing my muscles, i was back on my back, trying to catch more sleep while i can, i heard a small; "mine..." It seemed Knux was talking in his sleep, i was confused before he lunged at the crook of my neck, burrowing. I felt myself make a small yelp at the sudden echidna right on my neck. He'd put his hand, once on my waist on the other side of my face, making sure i wouldn't move away. My face blushed almsot crimson red as Knuckles mumbled into my neck, the vibrations making me blush harder.

Shadow had lost grip, as he was practically halfway off of me, but it seemed he didn't want to be alone either. He shuffled closer to me, laying his head on my chest as he layed his arm across my chest and waist. I was breathing so fast i swear i could faint. "Guys..?" i whispered, incase they were awake, no reply. 

I heard Knux grunt before raising his head, looing at me with half-lidded eyes. "Morning...did ya sleep well?" He looked down at me with his almost violet eyes in the lighting. "Mhm..." i looked away as his hand left my face, trailing to my chest. He tried to pull me towards him before he noticed something heavy stopping him. It was Shadow, half-asleep on my chest, mumbling about letting go. 

I saw Knuckles'es face go dead-panned as he looked at him. "I guess tough guys need cuddles here and there?" I looked at Knuckles, slightly embarassed. Knuckles tried pushing his head away, but Shadow basically opened his eyes and said; "Stop being so greedy." Before closing his eyes again right after. i covered my mouth hiding my squeal as Knuckles started pushing him away even harder. 

"Hey big guy, save some room for me." Shadow looked over at him, sitting up in my bed. Before i could say that 'it was fine, i didn't mind', a strong hand pulled me towards them. Face-to-face with Knuckles'es crescent, i blushed harder than ever, practically hiding my face in his chest. "Lovebirds.." Shadow grunted before laying down again, facing the oppisite way of us.

Silence followed with small purrs from Knuckles,but it seemed he dozed off as small snored pursued after. 

"Shadow?" I turned a bit so i could atleast face the ceiling while talking to him. "Mhm?" He was still awake, i noticed from him playing with his cloak. "I didn't mind, if it makes you sleep better." I managed to turn in Knuckles'es grasp, reaching for Shadow. He turned around facing me, His red eyes piercing mine, i felt myself flush. "I uhm...if you want too.." I mumbled before he shuffled closer to me. He put an arm under my muzzle, and another over both me and Knuckles. He was facing straight at me, i couldn't even hide my blush anymore as i noticed Knuckles leaning into Shadows touch as well. 

Shadow let out a small smirk at me before giving me a kiss on my forehead. "Sleep well." He closed his eyes, practically falling asleep instantly.

I was wide awake, still processing the situation. I noticed Shadow's chest fur, reaching for it. It was fluffy, and quite silky, i carefully played around with it, amazed by how he could grow this thing. He twitched slightly, and i stopped, scared i woke him, But he removed his hand that was under my muzzle, and grabbed mine. He lead it towards his chest, placing my hand back on his chest fur. "I don't mind." He quietly purred. At this point, my face was red, there wasen't a single bit of peach left. I slowly started petting it again as he still held onto my hand.

He slowly fell asleep as i felt my eyes get heavy, i closed my eyes as i leaned into both of them.¨

Slowly drifting off, probably purring happily.

Rouge POV:

I woke up, rubbing my eyes as i noticed my alarm, 10:00AM. i usually never slept this long but of course i didn't mind, more beauty sleep for me. I hurried on my outfit, putting some chapstick on before exiting my room. I looked around base, all the soilders seemed calm and in good moods.

"Did any good news get spread?" I questioned a solider in the lunch area. "No, we just haven't gotten any threats or attacks, so we are all enjoying our peace while we can." He said, flicking through pages of his book. "Oh alright," I shurgged before heading off to Renegade Knucks'es office, i knocked, no reply. Guessing he was still asleep, i opened the door to peak, he wasen't there. I guess he's woken up.

I knocked on Seargeant Sonic's office, i heard no reply, except for a few snores. I creaked the door open, to check on him.

Well.

I found Sonic...and Knuckles...AND Shadow. So thats where everyone went. Sonic seemed snuggled up to Knuckles, in some sort of spoon postition, as well as Shadow with his arm above both, with Sonic right at his chest. I heard them all purr as i slowly backed away, closing the door behind me.

Oh. 

So thats where they all went last night.
