Cedric: Hi beauty

Cedric: I miss your company already

I smiled and peep at Star boy who was sitting on the corner of my bed. He refused to leave my bedroom so I decided to let him do as he pleased.

"You man a check up on you?"

He snickered."Boss a play Mr nice guy"

"Mind your business" I mumbled under my breath.

I ignored Cedric's messages. I felt some type of way to text him in front of Star boy.

"You nah make me give you a bath?" Star boy inquired.

"I can do it myself" I frowned.

"Please baby, I won't fuck you" he chuckled."Just ago shower and massage you."

I knew he was lying but the offer was tempting so I agreed.

"Ok me soon come"

He got up excitedly and clasp his hands."Me ago set up the bath"

I wanted him. I'll never stop wanting him.

I liked Cedric too but like that Mary J. Blige song said, "Good boys ain't no fun"

Cedric was perfect for the woman I want to become but Star boy was good for my alter ego. His energy fed my aura like a blood-sucking thirsty vampire.

When I got to the bathroom I saw rose petals on the floor. The room was semi-lit. I glowed. This man knew how to set the mood for me. The sound of Kevin Edmond's song warmed my heart. I looked in the corner of the bathroom and saw that he was playing music from his phone. I giggled. It was cheesy and sexy all at the same time.

Stay boy placed some of the rose petals in the bath water and swayed his right fingers over the water to spread them out.

"Ready?" he whispered.

I was speechless so I nodded.

He walked over to me and helped me out of my dress. It fell to my feet and I looked down at it and sighed.

If only Star boy was this perfect every day. There would be no need for a Cedric.

Star boy lowered his head and kissed my shoulder.

I shrugged."Don't go there!"

"Just a bath and massage" I reminded him even though I needed that kiss. "You must not let him win" the voice inside my head shouted.

He threw his hands up in a protest."Ok Ms. Dawson"

I stepped out of my dress and walked over to the shower. Star boy didn't follow me. I felt his eyes peering at me from behind so I turned around. His eyes flickered with excitement and a smile plastered his lips. I entered the water and sat down.

He walked over to me and hum the tune of the music. I closed my eyes. He soaked up water in the washcloth and release it on my upper body. I reminisced on the times we spent together in the past.

"I love you Ashleigh" he whispered and I opened my eyes.

He tilted my chin so I could look into his eyes and feel his sincerity.

"I'll never stop loving you"

"You make me want to be a better man"

I was in heaven. All I wanted to do was kiss him like a princess and we live happily ever after but something in me kept reminding me that this was not a fairy tale, it was real life and in real life, Star boy fucked up and betrayed me.
