Me and Sky met up with the rest of the group at the start of route 1. "What took you guys so long to get here?" asked Aria. "There was kind of a team rocket grunt that was attacking our mom", the rest of the group looked at us within a second after mentioning team rocket. "Is she okay at least?" Aria asked worriedly. "Yeah she's fine, we got there in time before they started attacking her, plus the professor came in and fought the team rocket grunts Golbat with an Espeon, how cool is that!" "Yeah the professor is awesome!" Sky said in joy. "I've noticed you both got a necklace with an.. Eye on it?" Chalk asked, confused. "Yeah it's just to help us remember our mom and our home, but the eyes are strange indeed." I said. "It's probably some weird design that's becoming more popular, it's just a necklace what else could it be" Alex said without a care in the world. "Let's just start heading through route 1 we've delayed enough, plus we still need to get pokeballs to catch some pokemon man!" I exclaimed.
So we all started going through route 1. It wasn't long until a wild pokemon came out of the grass. 6 pidgeys appear in front of the group, one for each person. Everyone fought their pidgey, Me, Sky, and Chalk all killed our pidgeys with ease. Mage and Aria struggled a bit, but managed to kill the pidgey. Alex on the other hand... "NO MY TREEKO!" Alex yelled in pain. "There is no way you just let your starter faint to a pidgey" I said. "Look I don't know anything about pokemon alright! Yall just dragged me to come with you!" I facepalmed in disappointment. "Lets just keep going, we still have a long way till the next city. We kept walking through route one, battling the pokemon there. We've been walking for at least 20 minutes and our pokemon are about to faint. These baby bird pokemon are so annoying we just want this route to end. Finally we see buildings in the distance, we all bolted for the city in the distance. All of us made it except aria, another pokemon attacked her and she was forced to fight it with a popplio. "ARE YOU SERIOUS THIS STUPID BIRD, JUST DIE ALREADY!" Aria said enraged. She faints the pidgey and bolts towards us.
