Lucy reached her hand across the table as they ate their breakfast in their suite, and then said, "I was thinking that since we've got the day off, we take advantage of the island."

"No more boats, please," Tim winced.

"We can stay firmly on land. Let's start with a long walk along the shore with Kojo, and afterwards, we can go to the beach."

"Sounds perfect. As much as I've loved having Tamara here, I'm glad she's in Athens for the day just so I can have a day alone with my girl."

She smiled bashfully and finished eating quickly to get her fun day with Tim started. When they reached the lobby with Kojo, they were faced with an unbelievable sight.

"What are you guys doing here?" Tim asked.

"My best client is working on a beautiful island in Greece, and I had vacation days, so I figured I would come visit," Angela explained.

"And I didn't need an excuse to come with," Nyla chimed in.

"I totally just invited myself, but why not?" Jacked grinned.

"This is such a nice surprise, you guys," Lucy responded.

"Wait, are you guys...okay?" Angela asked, observing how closely they were standing together and the sparks in their eyes when they looked at each other.

The couple exchanged bursting smiles, but all Lucy said was, "Yeah, we're good."

"OH MY GOD! You got back together," Nyla pointed at them accusingly.

"No, Ashley and I are dating."

Angela rolled her eyes, "You're a bad liar."

"Yes! Guess that means we don't have to spend this trip trying to knock some sense into both of you," Jackson realized, gladly.

"So, just like Tamara, all 3 of you came here to help Lucy and I?" Tim asked.

"Pretty much. I mean, Greece is beautiful, but yeah, we wanted to help you two get over yourselves," Nyla agreed.

"We really have the best friends," Lucy beamed and slid her free arm around the small of Tim's back.

"Guess we do," he grinned and leaned into her touch.

"Since we get to skip all the drama and yelling at you two for being idiots, what do you say we hit the beach?" Angela asked.

"Let's do it!" Jackson said excitedly. "Someone text Genny, so she knows where to meet us when she comes later."

Angela nodded, already typing.

"My sister is coming?"

"With your nephews. School starts next week, and she wanted to come to beg Lucy to take you back. Her plane should arrive in two hours," Angela answered.

"Did no one have any faith that Tim and I would figure it out on our own?" Lucy asked, a little offended.

"No," Angela, Nyla, and Jackson responded in unison.

"Look, it doesn't matter. Chenford is back together, and we're in a beautiful place, so let's soak it up," Jackson insisted.

The group walked out of the hotel together, and Tim held Lucy back to whisper, "So much for our quiet day just the two us."

Lucy chuckled and shook her head.

While Lucy was enjoying the cold ocean water with Genny and her sons; Nyla; and Jackson, Tim and Angela remained laid out on the sand. He watched how Lucy was practically glowing, and his chest ached with how much he loves her.
