Tengens wives have met a few Hashira, like Rengoku and Kanroji. But, if anyone really seemed to like anyone it was Suma. While Hina and Makio were of course friends with Kanroji, they were just friends who would occasionally laugh together and have dinner (Tengen was some times there sometimes not). But Suma always really wanted to be more than just friends with Kanroji. She always really liked her. It was realistically a crush, but she wasnt super aware of it. She never got the chance to experiment with being with women because she was married so young. She genuinely envys Kanroji for never marrying. She does genuinely love Tengen dw yall. She just would have liked to be able to be with women for a time.
