1) When she was pregnant her little quirks became much more apparent. Instead of sitting randomly around the house she'd sit wherever Shinjuro was. If he was outside, in the yard, she'd sit in the sandy yard. If he was in the Kitchen, she'd sit in the kitchen.
2) <Survived AU> Ruka took more notice to Senjuros stimming and ticking. She can tell whats voluntary and what's not, when hes trying not to, and she fully understands when he gets upset over it. While Shinjuro and Rengoku have tried, it goes over their heads.
