From a close-by look at his peerless face, I have got to give it to him as a handsome devil. Just when things could yet any worse, they did. Xiao grabbed me by the wrist and pulled me into a corner. His face was just inches from mine as he stared into my eyes.

"Most people wouldn't dare look into my eyes. You are the first." He whispered in a low tone. Even his voice is so hot. I tried not to stare into Xiao's dark eyes, but they were so mesmerizing that it was hard not to want to stare! His voice was deep and powerful, and I felt like I was losing control of the sound of his voice alone. I had to fight back in my mind. I can't let him have any power over me. He lifted my chin closer.

"You are very intriguing. No one is as bold as you." He placed his hand against the wall. I felt my heart race as he towered over me. He loomed over me like a shadow, with his dark eyes glaring down menacingly. As he stared deep into my eyes with an icy demeanor, my eyes flickered and shifted nervously. "I wonder why?" I asked him innocently, as I felt Xiao's eyes watching me, studying me.
