-Let's get lost somewhere.
RUBY propelled a shopping cart forward, murmuring as she glanced at the items on the shelves. She stopped reaching out for an item, and after she set it in the cart, she saw Willow heading to her.
Willow was stunned to encounter Ruby, it soon turned awkward. The women put on tight-lipped smiles and pushed their carts away.
Coincidences do occur, but when it does, it seems fate is playing a joke with you.
Khari was stuck in traffic. He moved his head to the music on the radio, he felt an eye on him. He looked out his windscreen.
Kane eyed Khari warily. He was bewildered, he hadn't expected to see Khari in traffic. The two men gave apprehensive peeks, Luckily the traffic subsided, and the cars began moving.

Elliot was on his phone, he was meeting up with Mindy. "Where are you?"
Her voice was muffled, "By the fountain?"
"I'd—"
He bumped into someone and his phone was knocked down to the floor.
"I'm so sorry," They apologised at the same time. Elliot chuckled nervously. He scrambled for his phone.
The boy laughed, he bent his head and dashed away. Elliot peeked at his screen, he sighed deeply. Luckily, he didn't end up with a cracked screen.
When He finally got to Mindy, he groaned as he sat. He crossed his arms and said, "Why didn't we just meet at the ice cream shop?"
She stroked her hands, "My brother was the one driving, he wasn't going to take me to the ice cream shop since he was meeting with Sebastian here."
Elliot sighed loudly, "He's here with you?"
Mindy nodded, "He walked off with Sebastian, I think they are meeting Jason or something."
Elliot watched her, he asked. "Hand the box over let me get going."
"Yeah." She dug into her bag, putting books and CDs on the table. She grunted, mumbling. "Where is it?"
Her phone sounded, and she hissed at the name of the caller.
Mindy snapped, "What do you want Trey?"
Mindy frowned, "What do you mean? I told you I was meeting with Elliot."
She made a face and asked, "You took the box out of my bag?"
She sneered, "Why in the world would you do that?"
She straightened defensively, "Why am I yelling? I'm yelling because the box belongs to Elliot, he came from his home to get it you fool!"
She stood up to Elliot's surprise, "Where are you?"
She snorted, "I remember you're with Sebastian, but I just need to know where you are so I can come to get the keys."
"Whatever." She ended the call.
Elliot folded his arms, "I'm guessing your brother is with my box."
Mindy sighed deeply, "He dropped it in the car, I'm sorry Elliot. I'd go get the keys from him."
Elliot shook his head, "I'll go with you, get the box and get going."
Mindy nodded in agreement, sighting her brother and Sebastian a few metres from where they were. They sat the same, they were engrossed in their phones. She assumed they were playing games.
She patted him on the back, "Hand over the keys,"
Trey looked up from his phone, he saw Elliot behind his sister. He scowled at him, he disliked seeing the boy with his sister and didn't understand why Mindy hung out with him.
Even Sebastian who he has known for years to be civil with everyone wanted zero to do with the boy.
He grumbled as he took out the keys from his pockets and placed them in his sister's hands.
"Get the stupid box and bring the keys back," Trey pointed at her, "Don't go anywhere."
Mindy rolled her eyes, she walked away alongside Elliot. She laughed causing Elliot to eye her curiously.
"You okay?" He asked.
Mindy lifted her chin, "I think it's absurd how Sebastian didn't look up from his phone, he kept true to himself."
Elliot shrugged, "It's been that way and is never going to change I don't like him and he doesn't like me."

"Dinner's ready Sebastian," Khari said.
"Yeah," Sebastian jogged down the stairs, he reached the dining table, pulling out a chair he sat with his family.
In a low voice, Willow said. "I met Ruby at the supermarket today—"
Khari frowned softly, "Really?"
Khari nods and he goes on, "That's weird, I also saw Kane while I was stuck in traffic today.."
Willow was astonished, "Well isn't that just crazy."
Sebastian winced. He arched a brow, he recalled seeing Elliot with Mindy and now his parents were speaking of seeing Elliot's parents.
Meanwhile, The Scotts were together in the kitchen. Elliot was on his phone, he was helping his parents sort out groceries.
"Hand that over to your father," Ruby said. She snapped her fingers, "Ah. That reminds me I saw Willow at the supermarket."
Kane sharply turned to his wife. "You did? What a coincidence I also saw Khari while I was stuck in traffic."
Ruby breathes in, "Wow.."
Elliot sneezed, he rubbed his face. He cursed whoever was thinking or speaking about him to make him sneeze.
