Chapter 28

Jiwoo stirs in her sleep rubbing her eyes . A yawn leaves her lips as she stretches her hands getting fully awaken by the sunlight falling on her face . She sits up on the bed and opens her eyes , it takes her a few minutes to register that she is not in her room . Looking around , she finds a figure sleeping on the couch curled in his own body . She sighs , events from yesterday night coming back to her mind .

The way she let herself loose , the way she cried , the way she was so vulnerable in front of that someone who just entered her life few days back . The boy who embraced her in her most devastated state , calmed her down , made her feel safe is none other than hoseok , taehyung's best friend whom he was gatekeeping .

Suddenly a scene plays in front of her eyes when hoseok made her sit in his lap as she was continuously latching herself on him but instead of feeling embarrassed , she sits there blushing . A sudden urge to admire that face grows stronger as she climbs down the bed and sits in front of him , pushing his bangs away , she keeps looking at him for a good minute before she sees him moving and walks back to bed silently . Hoseok opens his eyes and looks at the bed to see the lady sitting there . He smiles .

Good morning , she looks up with red cheeks and a shy smile making his heart go crazy ,

Good morning to you too , hoseok smiles and sits up as he says ,

What got you smiling like that in the bright beautiful morning princess , well he is intending to tease her but it only backfires on his heart as he sees her blushing deep red and smiling while looking down . Oh how beautiful she looks . She is about to stand up and go to her room when he says ,

You should shower here only , if you go out in this state , those kids will assume things , I'll bring your clothes if you want , she looks down and nods . He nods too and goes out to get her clothes as she sits there blushing .

A new garden is about to be blessed with beautiful flowers of love in all different colours in her heart and Jiwoo is most definitely loving it .

Everyone is sitting around the living room for a meeting , they need plan to execute , a perfect plan to be precise .

So Jiwoo noona what you thought ? Jungkook questions and Jiwoo , who is settled beside hoseok , sighs . She is given the responsibility of all mentally appealing things and she is afraid she may fail . But one nod from hoseok and she knows she can do it .

First we have to confirm our assumptions . We are not 100% sure about the people we saw that day , then only we can conclude and plan an attack , everyone nods .

I think we should enter their tribe in disguise , jimin says to which others nod in affirmation but taehyung is in deep thoughts .

No , we can't go in there even in disguise , if those people are who we are thinking , it's too dangerous to go there . We should get the information from afar , Jiwoo agrees and others too nod .

As soon as the three back off and walk away , they meet with Jiwoo , hoseok and yoongi . Taehyung looks at them and gestures them to notice the male . The three look behind them to see the two men smirking at them but what catches their attention is one of them roasting his meat with the help of the same weapon they had in their possession .

Behind them at a fair distance they can see a grey horse roaming around the ground and everyone gulps . Before those men could stand up , they turn back on their heels and walk away .

It is confirm that they are the people who attacked kingdom Zeus but who are they ? The question keeps running in their heads until they reach a safe distance and yoongi says ,

"The tribe that we thought only existed in books is really still there . It will be a tough war"

The three are still confused but decide to ask later as they walk to the palace .

But hyung , you didn't say who they are and why are they so dangerous ? If we think they are just an ancient tribe right ? Jungkook finally voices out making yoongi sigh .

They are not any usual tribe princess , and jungkook looks at him with a frown .

In history books it is stated that there once existed a race called carcamano ( A/N:- i took it from Google , i know it has another meaning but that doesn't apply here i just need to use the word ) , a race of few people but their only purpose was to harm others . They basically lived off on killing people , yoongi states in short .

You mean cannibals ? Jungkook again questions .

No , not actually . They kill people and feed them to predators . The books say they get satisfaction seeing their pets who are predators being full and humans getting extinct , this is Jiwoo explaining and others have the constricted faces specially jungkook and jimin .

But why ? That's so unnatural , jimin says to which other hum .

That's how their mentality is . They think humans are not worth living , humans commit sins and animals don't , humans kill innocents , animals don't , humans fight with each other , animals don't and much more . To them humans don't have the right to live but animals do , by now jungkook is feeling so confused ,

But they themselves are humans , he again says making the four sigh .

See princess , they don't consider themselves human . They consider themselves a part of animal tribe . They select people on the basis of animal selection . The people are thrown in front of predators and the predators choose who live and who don't . They are just so different . For the time being you need to know that we are not against someone who is mentally sound , we are against a herd of animals who consider humans as their ultimate enemy and i can say we need to win this war with mind not with strength , jungkook hums hearing jiwoo's words . He somehow understands what she means though he is still confused about their behaviour .

So the question is how are we gonna get to confirm from afar ?, hoseok says to which they fall silent yet again .

Leave it to me . I have a plan , and everyone gather close . Taehyung explains to them his plan and all lastly agree .

Taehyung then looks at jungkook and says ,

Don't worry baby highness , they will pay and i will make sure of it , jungkook knows taehyung is going to do what he said and he can be sure of that .
