Chapter 35

Hyung , what are you doing ? Jungkook asks as he wiggles in the hold of other . No , he doesn't feel uncomfortable , rather he is feeling a bit too comfortable for his liking . The embrace he is hiding himself in , the warmth radiating , the comfort oozing from the touch makes him afraid of the things growing in his heart , a beautiful flower to blossom which he most certainly has no idea is already there hiding behind curtains , flourishing in joy .

Instead of answering the question that is directed towards him , taehyung simply tightens his grip more making jungkook stay still as he rests his head on his shoulder and closes his eyes .

It feels nice baby , please stop moving , jungkook can't anyway due to that secure tight grip ,

Shhh baby highness , no words , he is shushed by taehyung who let his lips rest on the shoulder covered in his clothes , just keeping his lips there , no kissing . Jungkook feels his heart going crazy and his breath getting uneven . What is he supposed to do ?

Taehyung is driving him crazy , this taehyung is making him weak on his knees which he doesn't want to , he doesn't want to feel the things his heart is longing for , he doesn't want to let himself get drowned in the peaceful silence , he doesn't want that silence to be meaningful but as much as he desires not to , things are going exactly opposite .

He can feel taehyung's heartbeat on his back , his breath on his neck , his hands on his waist , his chin resting slightly on his shoulder , he can feel taehyung's smile , he can feel taehyung's comfortable sighs , he can feel taehyung's emotions going at ease but it is not suppose to happen .

It's not like he doesn't like being in that embrace or being able to understand that peaceful silence , he does love all of it but there is no meaning to it , there is no any future to it . Taehyung is already someone else's so he shouldn't be here having jungkook in his embrace .

This is not right , he should do something to stop all this . But before he can make a move taehyung says ,

Baby highness , jungkook hums , eager to know what taehyung has to say ,

You know it feels just so right to be with you in any sort , to have you close to me , to know that you know my existence , to know that you see me as your strength , to know that you lean on me , you trust me with yourself . Now he is swinging them back and forth and jungkook unconsciously leans back as he hums but he is fast enough to get his senses back as he asks ,

What are you trying to say taehyungie ? His tone is curious as he tries to turn back but taehyung doesn't let him . He is afraid to face jungkook in case he decides to reject him , he can die but can not face jungkook's face when he tells him to stop loving him , just in case .

No , don't say it , jungkook's voice comes out firm making taehyung's heart to shatter . Jungkook can feel the sudden rise of the constant steady beats he was feeling on his back but he ignores it . He feels taehyung's grip loosening a bit and he comes out of his embrace , turning around ,

Taehyung hangs his head low as he doesn't want to face him , not when his nightmare is about to come to reality .

Jungkook sighs . He makes taehyung look up by holding his chin . Their eyes meet , there are so many emotions lingering in both of them , mostly fear can be seen in taehyung's eyes that makes jungkook sigh again as he holds his hand and pulls him to bed . Making him sit down , this time jungkook sits by the floor on his knees holding both of taehyung's hands in his , he says ,

Look hyungie . We can't do this , you can't do this . Think about Jiwoo noona , she is your fiance . Think about your parents they are expecting  you to get married soon , why are you trying to complicate things hyung . Please don't , there are tears in his eyes but his lips have a smile as taehyung gets yet again mesmerised by the way jungkook thinks , looks and understand things . He is indeed so proud of his baby highness . Taehyung smiles at the thought ,

What ? Why are you smiling , i am being serious here , jungkook says quite offended making taehyung coo as he pulls the boy up and makes him sit on his lap , a gasp leaves jungkook's lips as he tries to get up but alas once again , Kim Taehyung is in control .

Shhh , this time taehyung shush him by keeping his finger on his lips , oh how bad of a decision he made , now he can't help but feel the softness and imagine them against his own but he has more important things to sort out for now so he shakes his head out of his thoughts and says ,

Ok then first tell them , make everything clear and then come back to me . I don't and i won't tolerate anyone messing with my character . This is the thing taehyung admires about jungkook . That boy never fails to amuse taehyung by showing his new side every now and then . He admires how much jungkook loves his kingdom , his family and how much he values the person's existence , he just loves him so much . Taehyung couldn't help but smile as he says ,

Ok your highness , your wish my command , but can I have a kiss ? Jungkook again gasps as he slaps taehyung's chest making him laugh .

Nonetheless taehyung cups his face and leans in , kissing softly on jungkook's forehead , he lets his lips linger there for a minute before pulling away . He can see jungkook's cheeks being all pink by the blush as the boy stands up and mumbles ,

You are so shameless hyung , go now , with that a whipped taehyung is pushed out of a blushing princess' room and he stands there smiling like a fool .
