Team RWBY and team VAIN walked through the decorated streets of Vale, an awestruck Weiss Schnee in front of the group. A sign is being put up by an elderly Shopkeeper that reads in bright red letters "WELCOME TO VALE!" For all the newcomers to the kingdom all from their different respective kingdoms throughout Remnant

"The Vytal Festival! Oh, this is absolutely wonderful!" Weiss exclaims in excitement

"I don't think I've ever seen you smile this much, Weiss. It's kinda weirding me out..." Ruby speaks in a concerned tone looking at the happy Schnee

"How could you not smile? A festival dedicated to the cultures of the world! There will be dances! Parades! A tournament! Oh, the amount of planning and organization that goes into this event is simply breathtaking!" Weiss happily exclaims making everyone look at her funny

"You really know how to take a good thing and make it sound boring," Yang speaks with a sigh

"Quiet, you!" Weiss huffs out at the blonde brawler

"Remind me again why we're spending our Friday afternoon visiting the docks?" Yang questions with a weird look

Void then stopped walking gaining the attention of the group "then this shall be where we part ways for the time being...I have an old friend who works here in Vale and I'd like to pay her a visit" he said walking away, everyone collectively said their goodbyes and continued, however, Izanami stared just a bit longer "old friend?..." she muttered before returning to the group.

Cat's tail Bar

Void slipped through a narrow alley and walked down a stairway being greeted with the all too familiar neon sign of a Cat's tail spilling a beer. He barely even made it to the door before the bouncers gave him a respectful nod "Dragon pleasure to see you again." The first spoke

He had a large build but was relatively short and his rhinoceros horn was front and centre on his forehead "Ryan long time no see!" Void said walking closer only to be pulled into a hug "indeed! Hey, Rookie you better greet him properly!" Ryan demanded turning to the shorter female

Her hair completely covered her eyes and it was obvious she had been daydreaming as she was startled by the fact she was even acknowledged "A-Aah sorry sir it's a pleasure to meet you!"

Void smiled and walked into the bar "go easy on her Ryan"

The bar was more akin to a club and had a very clear target audience as all the dancers, security and bartenders were Faunus and any non-Faunus were either far too drunk or drooling over the male and female dancers. But Void wasn't that interested as he walked straight to the bar acknowledging anyone who recognised him.

He sat at the bar and hit the "waiting bell" causing a long cat tail to pop up from behind the bar "one-second dear just say your order and ill get it to ya in a minute!" The strong southern accent spoke from behind the bar

"In that case, I'll take a spiced Midnight's kiss garnished with a blood orange" Void said a smug smile  forming on his face as the tail quickly straightened out

"Only one person could order such an outrageous concoction of flavour!" She then sprung up giving Void a huge grin "DRAGON!" She yelled pulling him into a tight hug

Void hugged back before she pulled away and began to make his drink "I didn't think I'd see ya again till the next shipment came in" Abby said giving him a puzzled look as she mixed his drink.

"Well, I'm out of the tribe for the time being on that last mission..." Void said as Abby sat on the counter directly in front of him holding his drink "Tabby what are you doing?" He asked as he took the drink.
